The Terrasoft group completed implementation of the CRM system in the Vis-à-vis agency specializing in rendering consulting services in the field of acquaintances and the relations.
Within the project works on modification of a card of contact which keeps in total an order of 60 specific user fields distributed on tabs now were performed. Such solution, according to the developer, allowed to store the large volume of information on each client in base, at the same time having saved high-speed performance of a system. Also specific filters which facilitate search of necessary information among biographical particulars were implemented.
