The IBS group announced on December 2, 2012 the beginning of rendering support of business applications of IBS services of complex support of a corporate system of management of JSC MGTS by the Service center. Date of start of the project - on March 1, 2012.
Objectives
The corporate system of management of JSC MGTS on the SAP platform is put into operation in 2006. In a system more than 1 thousand employees constantly work, it covers practically all range of business processes of the company, including accounting, personnel management, preparation of different types of the reporting, logistics, purchases, controlling and some other.
Within the taken place tender the Service center IBS offered MGTS the model of rendering services in service maintenance recognized by the customer of the most adequate to his business challenges. Afterwards it was implemented.
MGTS saved own competence center consisting of the most experienced and professional specialists in which examination about the business of the company and business processes implemented in SAP is accumulated. In close interaction the team of specialists of IBS providing user support and a complex of works on implementation of changes in a system in the remote mode works with them. Work is carried out on the requests arriving from users and specialists of competence center of MGTS whose completion dates are regulated in the Agreement on the service level (SLA). A guarantee from delays at the solution of assigned tasks are serious financial penalties.
Dmitry Ivitsky, the head of the Service center for support of business applications of IBS noted: "The trust put by such company as MGTS to the approach offered by us on service of information systems of the corporate level very important for us, also says that we move in the right direction, developing the business based on civilized approach to IT outsourcing in the Russian market. Already it is possible to tell safely that we managed to solve successfully in MGTS the first problem – adoption of business applications on maintenance without decrease in the service level. Systematic work on increases in efficiency of the supported system, returns from its use and satisfaction of users began already and conducted".
2013: Support of a corporate system continues
On October 14, 2013 the IBS group announced expansion of volume of cooperation with JSC MGTS. Based on an open competition specialists of IBS won a contract for support of the ERP system of MGTS on the SAP platform, its development and upgrade.
