"The monolithic construction management-1" on business passes to electronic document management

JSC Monolithic Construction Management-1 passes to electronic document management after project completion of system implementation "CASE", the developer company in the blog reported on December 4, 2012. Integrator in the project Unicsoft company.

Objectives

In the course of activity of MSU-1 there was a need of processing of a large number of documents, problem solving of providing, control of accomplishment of a set of business processes at the same time, complexity of remote approval of documents in branches – all this pushed company management to arrange office work processes within a single system of electronic document management.

From all electronic document management systems which were considered when choosing the automation equipment "BUSINESS", according to top managers of JSC MSU-1, profitable differs in convenience of using, a possibility of flexible configuration under any complex organizational structures, a wide complex of solvable tasks of work with documents and to business process management.

Solution

The project on implementation of electronic document management is complete within three months. 120 employees of the company became users of a system. As a result the single system of registration of correspondence is created, work with draft documents and their approval in electronic form is adjusted, the option "Scanning" is implemented, the possibility of exchange of electronic documents between general office and branches is provided.

In addition to an automated workplace of the CASE system for work on stationary PCs, the iSelf mobile solution is purchased. It is joint development of EOS Group and Flexis company, intended for providing access in EDMS from mobile devices running iOS (iPad, iPhone). In the solution all standard scenarios of processing of electronic documents also simply and conveniently, as well as processings paper, including their editing by hand-written input and imposing of resolutions, including graphic and voice are implemented.

Shifts

After the first weeks of operation the management and specialists of the company noted advantages of work in a system. Time of exchange of documents with a branch network was reduced, the possibility of losses of correspondence is minimized.
