Biography
Anton Zinchenko stood at the origins of the Asteros IT integrator and grew there to the position of CFO. It became known about his appointment as the general director of the Security Practice in December 2012. At the same time, in July 2013, about 20 more employees migrated from Asteros to Praktika[1]
It is believed that Security Practice is part of the Progress holding. Dmitry Skomarovsky, Taras Ponomarev and Vladislav Tsibirov were declared the direct founders of the IT company in almost equal shares.
After leaving Security Practice in 2014, Zinchenko appeared as a co-owner of Servistelecom, and as the current co-founder (with a 50% stake) of Skyscraper Investment and Construction Company LLC.
In November 2017, the former general director of the Russian IT company Security Practice, 44-year-old Anton Zinchenko, was detained in the capital for tax evasion during his activities in this organization - from 2012 to 2014.
"As the investigation established, he, acting as the general director of the Security Practice, avoided paying VAT income tax by using fictitious organizations, thereby causing damage to the state budget in the amount of more than 213.7 million rubles," a Moscow law enforcement source told the city news agency. At the moment, Zinchenko is choosing a preventive measure.
A criminal case has been opened against Zinchenko on tax evasion on an especially large scale. In accordance with the Criminal Code of Russia, the maximum punishment provided for for this crime implies imprisonment for up to six years - with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years. At the same time, the person who first committed such a crime can be exempted from criminal liability if he pays all concealed taxes, as well as penalties and fines on them.
