The 1C:CRM PROF for Ukraine configuration is developed among "1C:Enterprise 8" and maintains all advantages of this modern technology platform: scalability, simplicity of administration and configuring.

"1C:CRM PROF for Ukraine" - the universal solution with a possibility of use as independent program for automation of the CRM functions, and as addition to functionality of CRM of Standard configurations of 1C Company on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

"1C:CRM PROF for Ukraine" is integrated (join path) with the standard configurations "Trade Management for Ukraine", "Management of Manufacturing Enterprise for Ukraine". When using "1C:CRM PROF for Ukraine" as independent, separate configuration the program includes the data exchange block with the accounting systems: "1C: Accounting 8 for Ukraine" and "1C: Accounting 7.7 for Ukraine".

there Was edition 2.0 "1C:CRM for Ukraine"

On February 2, 2015 the 1C-Rarus company announced 2.0 lines of "1C:CRM for Ukraine" release of edition, joint with 1C Company.

For February 2, 2015 editions of 2.0 versions PROF and CORP of this line of programs are presented at the market. With their help process management of customer interaction, work with partners, suppliers, the organization of a company performance is possible "from within".


Advantages and updates

  • The new generation of solutions has an expanded range of opportunities and allows to work via the Internet without loss of functionality.
  • High-quality improvement of a management subsystem by business processes (BPM) gives the chance to create routemaps of business processes, to edit, configure them, without resorting to the help of programmers.
  • Planning of working actions became more effective with a new subsystem of time-management.
  • Sales management includes now: possibility of sales planning "from below-up", contacts with clients, mechanism of automatic preparation of commercial offers, control and analysis of arrears and accomplishment of "funnel of sales".
