Specialists of the Tyumen office 1C: The first BIT (1C: Accounting and Trade) completed product introduction "BIT: Accounting of lease 8" based on "1C: Accounting 8" in the furniture Mebelgrad complex, the company reported on December 11, 2012.

Background

For the solution of a problem of accounting of floor spaces in lease the management addressed developers of the industry software product "BIT: Accounting of lease 8" - to specialists of the First BIT.

Solution

Using the program "BIT: Accounting of lease 8" the following sections of accounting were automated:

• accounting of objects of lease;
• accounting of lease agreements;
• calculation of the rent from the area and from a business volume;
• settlings with owners.

As a result of implementation "BIT: Accounting of lease 8" on the 1C: Accounting 8 platform time for calculation of the rent and creation of the documents accompanying rent activity was reduced. The management instantly obtains information on the free areas, receivables tenants and current agreements. Employees had an opportunity of fast information transfer in an accounting subsystem.
