Industry solution "1C: Retail 8. Bookstore" audio, video, multimedia and souvenirs, both in a format of single shop, and in a format of retail network is intended for automation of problems of operational accounting, the analysis and planning of transactions in retail trade by printing editions.

Main industry functionality of the program:

  • Work in the mode of the distributed information bases (DIB) with clear split of document flow on shops where information on all shops of network is consolidated in the RIB main node. Mechanisms of automatic initiation of data exchange are provided;
  • Accounting of goods on additional characteristics: ISBN, number on UDC, a book format, a cover, volume number, volume of pages, the list of authors, publishing house, the place of the edition. Accounting of periodicals with indication of frequency, dates of an exit, date of obsolescence, the rule of obsolescence;
  • Assistant to package creation of characteristics of periodicals;
  • Design of subscriptions for editions (acceptance of a subscription, delivery, issue, return of the edition and cancellation of a subscription). Receiving and delivery of subscriptions in the mode of the workplace of the cashier (WC);
  • Order placement of the buyer via the interface of the information booth;
  • The mechanism of motivation of employees for sale of certain goods for increase in turnover of sales and calculation of an award of the seller;
  • Sales planning on shops for assessment of possible revenues of the enterprise in the future. The plan-fact analysis of sales for identification of weak points and adjustment of plans for achievement of optimal target indicators;
  • The centralized, decentralized and mixed management of pricing and purchase orders of goods;

  • Configuration "Retail 8. Bookstore" it is developed on the basis of the standard Retail configuration, an edition 2.2 systems of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8" with preserving of all main opportunities and mechanisms of this standard solution.

The configuration is completely open, does not contain the protected code locations and does not use hardware or program protection.

2012: 1C: Retail 8. Bookstore, edition 2

The 1C-Rarus company together with 1C Company developed and 1C: Retail 8 announced in December, 2012 edition 2.0 programs ". Bookstore". This solution promotes the organization of ordered trade in books, periodicals and stationery. Possibilities of edition 2.0 will allow the management of shop to exercise remote control and control by bookstores, to optimize business processes and to increase efficiency of outlets.

Program "1C: Retail 8. The bookstore" is successfully used by industry companies, including House of Books, NITU "MISIS", Fakel-A Trading house, "Yaroslavl Polygraphic Plant", "Bookstore of the Pilgrim". The practical practices and wishes of users received during automation of data of the companies and also 50 other industry enterprises are considered when developing new edition of the software product.

In functionality of edition 2.0 solutions "1C: Retail 8. Bookstore" the following new features entered:

  • Three schemes of pricing: centralized, decentralized and mixed;
  • Complex circuits of providing discounts with a possibility of their summing;
  • Automatic distribution of goods receipts by warehouses of shop and distribution of sales of goods and services in legal entities of the company;
  • An opportunity to make out sales from different legal entities. Sales for cash are made out by one button;
  • Convenient workplace of the cashier;
  • The mode thin or the web client for all jobs, except for the cashier.

The industry functionality of a system allows to keep account of printing editions according to details: ISBN, number on UDC, the list of authors, publishing house, frequency. In the solution accounting of periodicals according to GOST 7.4-95 is implemented. "Editions. Output data" - numbering is conducted within a year.

In the program there is an opportunity to consider technical obsolenscence of the periodical press and books. Work with subscription editions is provided: receiving and delivery of subscriptions, control of needs for subscription editions. There is an opportunity to receive reports on the planned issues of subscriptions, a remaining balance in the warehouses and subscriptions transferred to the delivery service. Account of the goods transferred to delivery through courier service or mail is kept.
