Company "1C: The first BIT" performed implementation of industry solution "BIT: Hotel 8" in motel Rainbow, the company reported on December 12, 2012.
Solution
Automation of key business processes optimized activity of the company. Time of formation of requests for room reservation was reduced to two minutes, and instant data exchange with accounting service provided conducting transparent accounting. In general, the efficiency increased that promoted increase in number of clients, growth of their loyalty.
"The number of rooms of our motel consists of 50 numbers, on average in day we process about 30 requests. We accepted the decision on automation with the purpose to organize work of personnel, to avoid paperwork at an armor design. The decision on implementation of the industry software product providing the high level of automation of workflows was made. We aimed to minimize number of the operations performed manually and to receive the convenient tool for the analysis of a status of the number of rooms. Also we wanted to systematize work with regular customers", - the director of motel Alexander Sharifutdinov told.
