ANO Voronezhsky Dom uchenykh starts automation of all types of accounting of the enterprise

Specialists of the Voronezh branch of the company "1C: The first BIT" automated maintaining operational, financial and accounting in ANO by OUSN "The Voronezh House of scientists" by means of the software products "1C: Accounting 8" and "BIT: Hotel 8", the company contractor reported on December 14, 2012.

Objectives

Before implementation of software products all account was kept manually, it is labor-consuming and quite often led to errors. The automated system which will give the chance to keep account of settlement with clients, to prepare the reporting for reflection of a real picture of activity and effective planning is necessary for the management. Besides, it was important to customize a booking system and accommodations of guests.

The Voronezh branch of the company "1C became the partner for implementation of the modern platform "1C:Enterprise 8" and training in work with software products: The first BIT".

Solution

During implementation of programs was the following works are performed:

• setup of parameters of accounting of hotel;
• loading necessary KLADRA;
• report settings of the module BITS: Hotel;
• introduction of initial data;
• completion of the unified printed form for submission of reports.
