The Elvist company automates enterprise management and implements ERP

Tyumen branch of the company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) successfully completed the project of automation of Elvist company program development "1C: Integrated Automation 8", the press service of the company reported on December 14, 2012.

Background

The decision on transition to the updated technologies is made after the presentation of the 1C: Integrated Automation 8 software product.

Solution

Specialists of the First BIT made program installation, transferred reference books and also provided free training. The next stage holds external testing; external printed forms are created and finished.

Users got advice on work with program blocks: cash documents, settlement, order management, work with component parts, rendering of services, "Client of bank", reports, questions on the VAT. Subsystems were set: sales management and purchases; cash management; customer relationship management; accounting and tax accounting.

Implementation allowed to create the unified information system which covers the main objectives of management and accounting at the enterprise: customer relationship management, sales, cash management and settlement, purchases, operational resource planning. The reporting is prepared more quickly now, the quality of work of sales representatives with clients increased.

The chief accountant of "Elvist" Elena Petrova noted: "Of course, mastering of new programs was given us hardly, everyone should understand that implementation of the software product requires both extra time, and efforts. Nevertheless, it is worth it. Today we are at an implementation stage, already implemented accounting, tax accounting, sales, now case stands behind production and CRM".
