Kindergarten No. 539 of Yekaterinburg implements the solution of automation of the power supply

Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) automated the power supply in the Ekaterinburg kindergarten No. 539 using the software product "1C: A preschool power supply", the company integrator reported on December 18, 2012.

Before the project

Before cooperation with 1C: In the first BIT organization used an obsolete equipment, documentation was generally kept manually. It required big temporary and labor costs, distracted from important tasks. The idea to automate kindergarten, in particular, the power supply, came to the management after visit of the action organized by the company "1C: The first BIT" on which advantages of the software product "were presented to 1C: Preschool power supply". Main objectives of automation became: organizations of document flow, creation of the menu of a power supply and reporting.

Project

The project lasted two weeks. During this time, 1C specialists: The first BIT performed works on installation and setup of the software product "1C: A preschool power supply", adaptations of the program under needs of the customer and also provided training of employees.

Upon completion of the project in MBDOU Kindergarten No. 539 the quantity of errors in accounting was reduced by 80%. If earlier on creation of the menu requirement left from three to four hours, then now it takes away 10-15 minutes.
