1C: Preschool power supply

The software product is intended for accounting, technology and nutritional accounting of a power supply in preschool educational institution, state or private (irrespective of the system of accounting).

Product "1C: A preschool power supply", to edition 2.0 it is intended for conducting accounting, technology and nutritional accounting of a power supply in preschool educational institution. The following specialists can be users of a product: diyetsestra, accountant, storekeeper, production manager of the dining room.

Main functionality:

• Maintaining a card file of products, dishes, standard menus for several diets, data on nutrition value and regulations of consumption with a possibility of loading from external sources.
• Development of compoundings of dishes and standard menu.
• Order of products to the supplier.
• Accounting of products in warehouses: movements of Inventories, remaining balance, inventory. Separation of accounting by types of cash flow.
• Lot-based accounting of products is followed by data on storage lives, specific units of measure (banks, long loafs, etc.), specifications, sanitary certificates.
• Calculation: drawing up and calculation of "Menu requirement", the basic and on addition/return, taking into account regulations of withdrawal of cold processing, replacements of products and dishes, test. • The increased font. The possibility of inclusion of the increased font of screen forms, with a size of 10 or 12 points is provided in a configuration.
• The simplified dish form. It is used in addition to a standard form of the reference book "Dishes", does not contain such details as technology processes, an exit of products, losses at culinary processing and the exact (not rounded) values gross-net. Such form can suit more those users,

which are not engaged in development of dishes.

• The simplified print settings for "Menu requirement". Executes automatic selection of scale of printing, on orientation of the sheet and the number of sheets on which it is going to print the report.

Interaction with other programs

• Starting with subversion 1.1, means of exchanging by data in the XML format with configurations for 1C:Enterprise 8 will be included in the Preschool Power Supply configuration: "Budget Institution Accounting", "Accounting of autonomous organization", Enterprise accounting.
• The program contains means of runtime dynamic linking of external reports and processings that allows to increase a set of functionality without change of a core of a system.
