In the Ministry of ecology and environmental management of the Moscow region the electronic archive is implemented

ELAR corporation created the system of electronic archive intended for the organization of reliable and long-term storage and use of electronic copies of documents and their credentials in Minekologiya of the Moscow region.

The project is directed to increase in efficiency of activity of staff of the Moscow region ministry who had a convenient tool for search archive and automatic loading of new documents.

Within works the electronic information resource of Minekologiya is created: scanning and indexing of documents in citizens' appeals is carried out. About 1,500 cases and also the entering and outgoing office correspondence existing in a database format are loaded into the system of electronic archive.

The electronic archive constructed based on the ELAR SAPERION ECM platform will allow the staff of the Ministry of ecology and environmental management of Moscow area to address quickly all necessary documentation within a common information space that considerably will simplify interaction of specialists in department and also will accelerate its transition to electronic document management.
