The government of Altai Republic accepted in operation the regional situational center for the head of the republic

Provided to the government of Altai Republic the situational center of the Governor of the Altai Republic, the company integrator of the project - "Galex Scientific and Technological Center", reported on December 20, 2012.

Realities

Within the project on creation of the situational center of Altai Republic by Galex company the complex of systems is implemented: video conferencings, scoring, video display, telephony, external communication, are constructed the engineering and providing subsystems.

LAN

The local computer network is unrolled based on the switches Cisco Catalyst 2960 providing high degree of security, supporting functions of selective restriction of speed for users, creations of lists of access control and group providing services. The software of Cisco Network Assistant which is included in the package allows to configure and upgrade the LAN equipment easily.

VIDEOCONFERENCING

The distributed system of a video conferencing and IP telephony integrating the building of the government of Altai Republic, 10 district administrations, administration of Gorno-Altaysk and more than 30 points within the city is created. In addition to a high definition of the image (HD) the solution Cisco differs in rich functionality, simplicity of implementation, management and operation. A system provides expanded planning of conferences, armoring of meeting rooms, the invitation of participants, the subsequent reporting.

Telephony

The subsystem of the IP telephony is unrolled on the basis of the Cisco Unified Communication Manager station. Special attention was paid to integration of the VKS systems and telephony therefore the uniform communication space with a unified number plan and a possibility of collecting of the mixed conferences is created. A system allows to hold multipoint sessions voice and video conferencings, to carry out joint work with documents, to provide remote training of employees.
