Two mini-hotels of St. Petersburg increased service quality of visitors and simplified daily work of employees – the project deliverable on automation of network of hotels "The Nevsky Protected" became it. Implementing solution "BIT: Hotel 8" allowed to refuse manual execution of requests, created uniform "checkerwork" for both hotels and increased efficiency of data transmission in accounting.
The Nevsky Protected hotels – two hotels in the historic center of St. Petersburg which number of rooms makes 28 and 38 numbers. Before automation the service of armoring worked manually – data of the client registered in the paper which was transferred afterwards to accounting. Resettlement of visitors was also made out by method of paper and a pencil. Such mode of work took away a lot of time and did not exclude a possibility of errors, especially during seasonal increase in demand. Thus, the decision on automation of activity of both hotels was made.
The management of hotels stopped the choice on the solution "BIT: Hotel 8" which answered all assigned tasks: increase work speed, liquidate need of manual entry of data, create autocompleted "checkerwork" and also adjust interrelation with accounting.
Results of implementing solution "BIT: Hotel 8" became:
- Increase in service rate of guests, thanks to automation of workflows. Reservation of numbers became fast and convenient, for the account and the simple, intuitive scheme of a design of armor, and confirmation of reservation goes to the guest to e-mail automatically right after filling of the request for armoring;
- Increase in accuracy of distribution of guests by both hotels and lack of confusion, thanks to creation of uniform "checkerwork";
- Reduction of time for routine work – a system "BIT: Hotel 8" automatically creates analytical and financial statements;
- Increase in data transfer rate in accounting service, thanks to a full integration with "1C: Accounting 8";
- Increase in control over debts and payments on a reservation and populated numbers.
