The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) increased effective management of the number of rooms of Valentin boarding house hotel and increased reporting speed for FMS by means of the specialized program "BIT: Hotel 8".
Boarding house - the Valentin hotel in the downtown of Sochi includes 27 numbers of a different class - 13 one-room numbers, 2 one-room luxury, 5 two-room luxury and 7 three-room luxury, a conference room, a sports complex, beauty shop and restaurant. Before automation for settlings with lodgers and conducting operational accounting in hotel office software products of own development were used. The service of placement worked with the help of paper and a pencil that resulted in a large number of routine work and lowered service quality of visitors. Then the decision on implementation of the industry software solution providing the high level of automation of workflows was made. The hotel management aimed to minimize number of the operations performed manually and to receive the convenient tool for the analysis of a status of the number of rooms. Also the possibility of report generation for FMS was the requirement to future program. As an optimal solution the program "BIT was selected: Hotel 8".
Results of implementation of the program "BIT: Hotel 8" became:
- Increase in efficiency of interaction with accounting service thanks to data exchange with the program for accounting;
- Fall forward and service qualities of lodgers;
- Improvement of efficiency of personnel.
