Pritomye Centre of rest (BIT: Hotel 8)

Specialists "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT) using the software product "BIT: Hotel 8" automated maintaining operational, financial and accounting in the Provincial Center of Rest of Pritomye. Application of the program increased effective management of hotel and also increased the speed and the service level of clients.

The necessity of implementation was caused by desire to increase the level of management of the number of rooms and to keep account of all activity of hotel in one program. Besides, the need for increase in service rate of clients and increase in their loyalty became a significant factor. Having compared automation options, the management of hotel selected the solution "BIT: Hotel 8". Its compatibility about "1C:Enterprise 8" became the additional reason of implementation of this software product.

Works on implementation of the software product and also personnel training took place in Pritomye within one month. "BIT: Hotel 8" allowed to exchange data with "1C: Accounting 8" and to load information from spreadsheets, to exercise operational management by the number of rooms and also accelerated operations on armoring, accommodation of guests, accounting of settlement with lodgers. In the field of personnel management the program increased control over work of employees.
