"1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT) completed automation of hotel of Maxims in Krasnodar Krai. The hotel management received the powerful tool for management of hotel and an additional method of control over personnel. Convenient management of the number of rooms allowed to reduce time for customer service and, as a result, increased loyalty of guests.

"We realized need of automation even before opening of hotel. It is difficult to provide modern hotel, without the systematized booking system or convenient management of the number of rooms. That our hotel fully functioned from the first days of work, and clients were happy, we addressed specialists of BIT" - Aksanin Yury, the hotel manager of Maxims says.

The hotel management of Maxims set the following tasks for automation: conducting transparent accounting, effective management of the number of rooms, convenient booking system and accommodations of guests. For achievement of the listed tasks product BITS was selected: Hotel 8 is the solution intended for increase in effective management of hotel and increase in a customer loyalty.

"As a result of automation we could achieve all effective objectives. Our hotel fully functions from the first days of work, and the program considerably simplified everyday work of personnel. In addition to paramount tasks which we set for automation we managed to increase loyalty of visitors, thanks to reduction of time for service", - the hotel manager Aksanin Yury says.

The head of hotel of Maxims notes the following results of implementation:

  1. Transparent accounting, formation not only a number of the operational reports necessary for vision of a real picture of activity, but also detailed statistic reports for more effective planning;
  2. Creation of a safe single system of management of hotel with a possibility of differentiation of access rights for different employee categories;
  3. Increase in speed and service quality of guests, due to convenient management of the number of rooms – in the program goes online display of the available and busy rooms cleaned or not. This function allows to settle as fast as possible guests and to see a status of each number in real time;
  4. Elimination of "a human factor" at daily transactions (or - an exception of errors of manual work), at the expense of the systems of reminders, control of operations with documents, armoring, settlement and flexible configuration of the interface under the employee.
