Sofia (BIT: Hotel 8)

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company acted (BIT) as the partner of Sofia hotel in Novorossiysk on implementation of the specialized software product "BIT: Hotel 8". As a result of implementation of the program service rate of guests considerably increased, besides, now the hotel management can obtain operational and exact data on work of hotel.

The Sofia hotel is located in the downtown Novorossiysk. The hotel offers numbers having the high level of comfort and equipment. 88 rooms in nine-floor hotel are separated into categories "Standard" (for smokers and not smokers), Studio and Luxury.

The hotel management was interested in use of the tool for drawing up sales forecasts of numbers and implementation of transactions of armoring by means of the program providing operating control over a status of the number of rooms. Besides, the program had to allow to automate process of settlings with lodgers. As the program meeting requirements of hotel a system "BIT was selected: Hotel 8".
