Hotel of the RANEPA Krasnogorsk branch under the President of the Russian Federation (BIT: Hotel 8)

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) automated process of room reservation and accommodation of guests and also provided providing managerial reports in hotel of the RANEPA Krasnogorsk branch under the President of the Russian Federation, having implemented the program "BIT: Hotel 8".

The hotel of the RANEPA Krasnogorsk branch is under the President of the Russian Federation located in the environmentally friendly district of Moscow region in the neighborhood of Krasnogorsk. For accommodation of guests the hotel offers 100 cozy modern rooms of different categories. In addition 50 numbers are provided for accommodation of students of a RANEPA. In hotel there is also an equipped educational class on 20 seats for preparation for examinations.

The need for optimization of workflows of administrators and reduction of manual data processing became the reason for automation of accounting of hotel. Therefore to hotel the solution which was required:

met requirements for armoring and accommodation of guests; would allow to control settlement with living; gave the chance to create reports for the analysis of activity of hotel; allowed to increase transparency of information. The management of hotel paid special attention when choosing an optimal solution to a possibility of automatic filling in the program of the unified forms, such as "1-G", "3-G", "4-G", etc.
