The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) successfully implemented the project on process automation of customer interaction and management of the number of rooms in Adler hotel "Rostov" by means of the program "BIT: Hotel 8". As a result of automation was not only work of service of armoring is accelerated, but also formation of necessary managerial reports is provided.
The decision on automation of workflows was made with the purpose to improve service quality of guests and to move to higher level of management of hotel. When choosing the software, suitable for these purposes, comparing of the software solutions presented at the market for automation of the hotel sector was carried out.
