The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed the project of automation of Marmara hotel using the software solution "BIT: Hotel 8". According to the results of the project, in hotel armoring processes, processes of the analysis of activity of hotel and sales accounting several times accelerated, by 4 times service rate of clients increased, the efficiency of personnel improved.

Marmara is the Business Hotel offering to guests of 30 comfortable rooms of different categories. In hotel there is a sauna, fitness the center, the pool, the hall of negotiations and cafe. The hotel management aims at permanent development and improvement of service quality, advancing needs of the guests. For this reason the decision implementation of the program "BIT was made: Hotel 8".

"With implementation of a modern information system for management of hotel economy we were going to improve quality of our work and service rate of clients, – Rada Zagorskaya, the director of work with personnel and corporate clients of Marmara hotel tells. – The program which is available in hotel did not suit us with the functionality, limited analytics, separation of data in different departments of hotel and the high cost of service. We began to look for the functional solution accepted at the price based on "1C:Enterprise 8" and asked for the help in 1C Company: Accounting and Trade (AT). Specialists of AT consulted us on a line of software products of 1C and told about the new development – the program "AT: Hotel 8", having the certificate "1C: Compatible!". The program was pleasant to us not only beautiful view of the interface that it is very important for our girls administrators, but also ample opportunities of information processing for sales department and the management, and we made the decision on automation".

Within the project specialists of BIT company automated all main business processes of hotel, in particular small transactions which accomplishment took away a lot of time from employees earlier. Thus, the efficiency of hotel staff significantly improved. Employees of hotel note the convenient intuitive interface of the program and high information processing rate.

A new system was estimated also by the staff of sales department of hotel. Use of a common information space armed specialists with operational data on existence of available rooms, duration of their reservation. Repeatedly processes of reconciliation of information with partners became simpler. Earlier, to compare data on lodgers with data on the bill which is made out, for example, by travel company, the staff of hotel had to check all guests in the database for the taken-away period. From "BITS: Hotel 8" the convenient option of search in partners with all payments and debts, statistics on partners and many other opportunities appeared.

Interaction of accounting, services of sales and armoring improved. Now all customer information (the discount size, special terms of service, the booking confirmation) is reflected in the program. It helped to exclude errors during the work with guests, to increase their loyalty. Clients can be sure that they will be serviced according to the usual scheme even if in hotel the personnel were replaced.

Accounting of hotel is also happy with results of automation. Data exchange with other departments of a part of exposure and payment of accounts returned to normal. Rendering of services after departure of clients from hotel forms automatically now, earlier it had to be traced and executed in the old program manually. Considerably preparation of the annual and quarterly reporting became simpler.

Rada Zagorskaya, the director of work with personnel and corporate clients of Marmara hotel sums up the project results: "The structure of small hotel means a minimum of employees with a maximum of functions and here it is important that all main sections of work were automated that the current daily work was performed by employees easily. As primary clients of hotel are travelers, it was important for us that all relevant reporting documents for the client at us were expedited also in that form which is necessary for his organization. From "BIT: Hotel 8" we received all necessary for accounting and company management. Thanks to work in a common information space armoring processes several times accelerated. By 4 times service rate of clients increased, the overall level of their satisfaction raised. We are happy with the software product and results of work of specialists of BIT company".
