Easyroom Hotel (BIT: Hotel 8)

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) automated work of Easyroom hotel. As a result of the implementing solutions "1C: Accounting 8" and "BIT: Hotel 8" reporting is automated, there was an opportunity to obtain exact information on the number of the guests, free apartments, types of service provided by hotel

The Easyroom hotel is the small cozy hotel expected 12 numbers. The hotel is located in Nizhny Novgorod. Before product introduction "1C: Accounting 8" and "BIT: Hotel 8" all account was kept manually that was labor-consuming and quite often led to errors. The management efficiency was required to raise the companies. The management needed an automated system which will give the chance to control work of employees, to create a number of the operational and statistic reports necessary for reflection of a real picture of activity and effective planning. Besides, it was important to automate a booking system and accommodations of guests, management of the number of rooms and conducting settlement with clients.

For implementation above the listed purposes of the company the products "1C: Accounting 8" and "BIT were selected: Hotel 8" as solutions give an opportunity quickly to prepare the regulated reporting and to keep account of the number of rooms online.

The project was executed within 2 months. Specialists of BIT company implemented and configured the software, provided personnel training.

As a result of automation the company received:

• An opportunity to obtain exact information on the number of the guests, free apartments, types of service provided by hotel, online. This mechanism helped to increase service rate of clients.
• The system of conducting settlement which allows to automate calculation of the cost of living and quickly to keep account of different payment methods (cash and non-cash payment, credit cards).
• Time of formation of analytical information on work of hotel was reduced (display of debts on payment of services, carrying out settlement with the clients who are not living in hotel, but using its services).
• Conducting different transactions (armoring, placement, departure and calculation of guests) is automated that allowed to control work of personnel quickly. Operational and faultless data exchange between different services of hotel (accounting, operational and registration service).
