ZenZen Restaurant (BIT: Access control (ACS) 8)

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed the project on automation of a system of accounting of working time of staff of restaurant of ZenZen network, having implemented the program "BIT: Access control (ACS) 8".

The company "E.D.R." which head office is in Monaco manages the restaurant of Asian cuisine of ZenZen network working in a format of fast food. In addition to restaurant business the company works in retail and develops network of boutiques of men's shirts of ETON company.

Automation of an access control system became not the first project within cooperation of "E.D.R." and BIT. "1C: Accounting and Trade" already implemented the project on automation of work of cashiers of restaurant by means of a retail store equipment and the software, automation of accounting and tax accounting at the central Russian office and to ensuring information exchange between restaurant, shop, the Moscow office and head office of the company.

Automation purposes

Before the next stage of interaction with BIT tasks of creation of a system of accounting of working time of staff of restaurant were defined:

• increase in employee performance by the analysis of collected data of control of attendance, the analysis and calculation of delay, breaks and processings concerning regulation according to the diagram;
• differentiation of access rights to the premises;
• control of working time with time marks of finding of the employee on a lunch break.
• After the analysis of functionality of the program "BIT: Access control (ACS) 8", the developed 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT), the choice was stopped on this software product. During implementation of this solution specialists of BIT configured data exchange with the transport server, filled out reference books (controllers, pass points), described pass points, created routes of the movement of employees, successfully held system testing.

Project Results

After implementation of the program "BIT: Access control (ACS) 8", compatible with "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8", the following results were mentioned:

• payroll calculation, personnel records and access control in one program;
• lack of duplication of data in the different systems;
• possibility of efficiency analysis of work of employees;
• obtaining most exact information on labor discipline;
• considerable reducing costs for drawing up sheets of working time and payroll calculation;
• coordination of the organization of access for employees to different premises and staff changes.
