BIT: Access control (ACS) 8

The solution is intended for access control of employees, the analysis of attendance and calculation of a worked time. The program allows to limit access to organization premises, to control presence of employees in a workplace and to calculate the salary on the basis of data on a worked time.

The solution can be used by the companies of any field of activity interested in accurate accounting of working time of employees. Specialists of HR department on the basis of data retrieveds can calculate the salary, control deviations from the working schedule.

"BIT: Access control (ACS) 8" is integrated into standard configurations 1C "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8", "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8", "1C: Integrated Automation 8". It not only excludes need of duplication of information on personnel, but also allows to accrue the payroll directly according to the data obtained from access controllers.

In August, 2011 "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT) reported that a product "BIT: Access control (ACS) 8" 1C: Compatible received the certificate "!" for 1C: Enterprise platform 8.2. The solution is intended for access control of employees, the analysis of attendance and calculation of a worked time. The program allows to limit access to organization premises, to control presence of employees in a workplace and to create automatically the sheet of a time recording.

2015: The Gate ACS is integrated into "BIT: Access control (ACS) 8"

On October 29, 2015 the 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT), announced integration of the Gate ACS into the product "BIT: Access control (ACS) 8".

In cooperation with developers of the Gate brand, the company completed integration of systems which purpose - access control of employees, the analysis of attendance and calculation of a worked time. The program allows to limit access to organization premises, to control presence of employees in a workplace, to automatically create sheets of a time recording.

Software product "BIT: Access control (ACS) 8" is not the independent program: it is necessary to have the set platform for its work "1C:Enterprise 8". The product can work? as separately, and as a part of configurations "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" "1C: Integrated Automation".

The company declared compatibility with the equipment and the software of different control systems of access, including the Gate ACS, referring to practice of implementation of the automated control system in Stroyterminal Centre Krasok LLC company.
