The Gate ACS is the domestic equipment intended for the systems of restriction and access control of employees and motor transport of the enterprise, systems of accounting of working time and personnel management, automated process control systems of the enterprises of all fields of activity.


Key parameters of the Gate ACS

Gate is multi-purpose network system of control and access control (ACS). Main objectives: access restriction on an object, control and access control on the enterprise, a time recording and control of labor discipline, automated management of personnel, the organization of access and accounting of motor transport, solving of tasks of identification and accounting in an ACS technology processes and also control of different actuators and subsystems. Network capabilities of a system allow to control in each branch of RS485 (422) up to 254 points of pass, and almost unlimited number of points - at consolidation of such branches in the distributed structure based on Ethernet.

2017

The SMS, Viber and E-Mail the notification about events

Developers of the classical Gate ACS added to fall of 2017 to basic functionality of regular software of Gate-Server-Terminal the tool for implementation of the SMS function (Viber) and E-Mail of notifications about access control system events.

Installers and the customers using the classical Gate ACS can have an opportunity and use the SMS and E-mail function of notifications by free software updating on the objects. The cost of SMS is determined by conditions and rules of the used web service of sending messages.

The developed tool allows to configure and send notifications as about the general events of a system (cracking of a door, an alarm on an input 1(2), attempt of unauthorized pass, etc.), and about the events attached to the specific user (pass is made, attempt of unauthorized pass, attempt of repeated pass, etc.). Responsibles of security services, operation or administration can be the receiver of notifications on general-system events. Authorized security guards, heads of divisions, or other interested persons, for example parents of school students can also be receivers of events about specific users.

Sending SMS notifications is performed on the special Internet SMS.RU service that in the presence of steady connection of the ACS server to the Internet provides efficiency and high performance of this functionality. And, in the presence at the receiver of the Viber messenger the SMS.RU service makes preliminary attempt of sending the message on it. At temporary or permanent impossibility of delivery of the message to Viber sending normal is made by the SMS. The template of contents of the SMS is configured in ACS software.

And useful the possibility of diagnostics and control of process of sending Sms to software of the ACS server and on the portal the Internet of service is important. Independently or parallel to process of sending SMS notifications process of mailing of E-mail of notifications, with similar settings and conditions can be performed.

Integration with PASS24.online

On October 2, 2017 the ONVI Service company announced integration of the cloud service of PASS24.online into the classical Gate ACS. Integration is provided to installers and users of both systems free of charge, without licenses as the regular and built-in functionality. Sharing of two systems optimizes work of administration and a security service of objects at the solution of a task of the organization of a guest access, does this process more reliable and transparent and also convenient for users of a system, claim in the company. there Was a version release the Gate-R-4000-Parking 2.0

On June 27, 2017 the company Ah-Ti announced the 21st century Technologies release of the second version of the Gate-R-4000-Parking controller. In it two logical operation modes are implemented.

The first mode of the controller repeats logic of the controller the Parking versions 1 and 1.5. In it there is no built-in radio channel reader therefore type selection of the reader and identifiers - under control of the installer. If traditional radio channel charms of Gate-TX are required, then the radio channel reader Gate-RX is connected to the controller. The logic of the first mode provides processing of one channel of the reader of identifiers and two lines of control of entrance and departure. The operation algorithm of the controller and traffic lights remained the same.

The second mode of the controller is characterized the work simplified by logic, it provides work with two readers of identifiers (entrance and departure) and control of one line of journey. As external readers the two-channel reader of tags of distant action KeyTex-Gate or any readers with Wiegand-26 exit can be used.

Standard minimum composition the Parking in the second mode:

  • The Vers.2 Gate-R-4000-Parking controller - 1 piece;
  • Readers of entrance and departure of required type of identifiers — 2 pieces;
  • Identifiers – by the number of users (cars).
  • The traffic light two-color – 2 pieces;
  • Couple of photo cells (or e/m a loop) – 1k-t;
  • Set of the equipment of the blocking device (barrier/collar) - 1k-t;
  • Gate-USB/485 interface transformer – 1 piece;
  • Regular Gate-Server-Terminal software (with the HASP key) – 1k-t.

In the second mode of the controller there were available journey submodes:

  • with confirmation of the security guard,
  • using the built-in counter of cars,
  • with control of end sensors of gate.

The submode of group journey within an algorithm of the second mode of the controller is not supported.

Gate-R-4000-Parking 1.5

On April 26, 2017 the company "Ah-Ti vek2 declared Technologies XXI a release of the version of specialized Gate-R-4000-Parking controller 1.5 and removal from production of the controller of version 1, with the built-in radio channel reader.

For April 26, 2017 current version 1.5. It has no built-in radio channel reader, but is similar to the previous version according to the logic of work. In this version the possibility of type selection of the reader and type of identifiers is implemented.

Gate-R-4000-Parking controller, (2016)

The specialized Gate-R-4000-Parking controller (version 1.5) is intended for the organization of safe work of a bidirectional point of journey of transport with traffic light regulation.

Specifics of use of the controller:

  • the single-band bidirectional journey;
  • need of control and accounting of the direction of journey;
  • need of existence of traffic light regulation of the movement using pair of 2-colored traffic lights.

Specific Features:

  • version 1.5 controller. has no built-in radio channel reader. Connection of the external reader working via Wiegand-26 interface is provided. as identifiers in the scheme the solutions Gate-Parking are used radio channel charms of Gate-TX, at the same time as the external reader use of the radio channel reader Gate-RX will be required. If as identifiers other radio charms, cards or other types of identifiers are used, then the external reader of the corresponding type of identifiers is connected to an input of the controller.
  • for connection of the external reader with the Wiegand-26 interface the first input for readers on a controller payment (K5 block) is used. For direction finding of the movement and providing the set journey algorithm two lines of entrance/departure are connected to the controller. These lines are executed, as a rule, on photo cells or e/m loops. The operation algorithm of the controller and a point of journey matches a controller operation algorithm Version 1 Parking.

2016

The ZKTeco technology is integrated into the Gate ACS

On July 21, 2016 developers of the company Ah-Ti announced the 21st century Technologies completion of upgrade of the integrated ZKTeco biometrics in structure of the Gate ACS.

In the 2014th year it is developed and in January, 2015 the company officially announced integration of ZKTeco devices into Gate ACS software. However, in 2015 without formal notices and warnings the ZKTeco brand stopped delivery to the Russian market of devices with the updated firmwares which led either to partial, or to utter impossibility of use of these biometric devices under control of Gate software. This fact forced to return to work on implementation of integration of these devices repeatedly. For July, 2016 this work is completed - ZK brand devices can be used as a part of the Gate ACS again.

The company pointed to a number of technical aspects of an issue of integration: ACS specialists installers using ZKTeco devices need to be considered that the ZKTeco brand supplies to the Russian market devices with the firmwares corresponding to one of two types of libraries (SDK): StandaloneSDK and PullSDK. These libraries are incompatible among themselves and differ in functionality.

The first option of SDK – StandaloneSDK – is supported in Gate-Server-Terminal software, starting with version 1.21.1. The second option of SDK – PullSDK – is supported, starting with version 1.22.9. The option of SDK in the specific reader, depends on model and issue date. In particular, for example, as of summer of 2016 (with firmwares of 2016) the readers MA300 and TF1700 work with StandaloneSDK use, and the readers TF1600 – using PullSDK.

The second feature - a possibility of registration of users popular earlier via the door reader. It in the past. The mode of registration is supported only by the readers MA300 of the old version (6.60 or below). All devices of later implementation are deprived of this opportunity.

The Gate ACS is integrated into a HSS Intelligence

On July 11, 2016 the company Ah-Ti announced the 21st century Technology expansion, upgrade and integration of Gate ACS controllers into a HSS Intelligence.

This integration provides use of basic controllers of the classical Gate ACS under management and as a part of a HSS Intelligence. Integration of the equipment Gate into Intelligence is executed according to the lower layer protocol. Thus regular software of the Gate ACS is not used, and the standard architecture of the ACS remains completely without changes.

Under control of software Intelligence standard controllers Gate-8000 (4000), Gate-8000-Ethernet, the specialized Gate-R-4000-Parking controller can function. Use of transformers of the Gate-USB/485 and Gate-485/Ethernet interface is supported. At the disposal of an installer there are all options of connection of ACS controllers: RS-485 branches via the USB transformer, RS-485 branches through Ethernet the transformer and also direct connections to the server of Gate-8000-Ethernet controllers.

According to commercial policy of the product Intelligence for opening of integration of Gate controllers into Intelligence it is required to obtain the corresponding license by the number of controllers. The similar license registered in the software security key Intelligence allows to add the corresponding number of Gate controllers to a HSS equipment tree Intelligence.

By means of integration there is a possibility of creation of the complex ACS of an object under control of software Intelligence, ensuring work of checkpoints, bureau of admissions, accounting, personnel department and a security service.

Functions of a photo and video verification of events of access, the flexible instrument of formation of various reports, and the most important — a possibility of setup and implementation of automatic scenarios of reaction of an end-to-end system of security to events of any of subsystems are available: RPE, CELLS, ACS and others.

Reader of contactless identifiers Gate-Reader-EH

As a part of the equipment of the Gate ACS brand the reader of contactless identifiers Gate-Reader-EH appeared. The reader is held for use in control and management systems for access at connection to ACS controllers via Wiegand 26 interface. Types of the used identifiers: amplitude shift keying – ASK (EM-Marine) or frequency shift keying – FSK 125 KHZ.

The reader consists of the module of electronics which is filled in with a compound and a decorative cover from ABS plastic, and two covers are traditional in a set at once: gray and black. The reader is supplied with a two-color LED and a buzzer for light and sound indication of a system status.

Features of connection.

When choosing the place for installation of the reader it is necessary to consider that installation of the reader on a metal surface and also placement is closer than it 1 meter from sources of electromagnetic interferences (video monitors, electric motors, power cables, etc.) leads to significant reduction of distance of reading. When installing several readers nearby, the minimum distance between them should make not less than 0.5 meters.

For connection to the ACS controller the reader is supplied the 8th with a wire cable with color marking of wires. For connection of the reader with the controller it is recommended to use the shielded multi-conductor cable with the section of each wire of 0.5 sq. mm. For increase in noise stability of communication the screen of a cable should be connected to the general wire only from the power source (controller). The maximum length of the line from the reader to the controller from 50 to 100 m (depending on cable type and external e/m conditions).

The reader has degree of protection: IP-54 and the worker temperature is -40 °C... +55 °C. Thus, despite IP-54, it can be used also in street conditions, but only with protection against sunshine and an atmospheric precipitation.

The automated alcohol control point (option)

On February 29 the company Ah-Ti Technologies provided the 21st century to installers and customers a way of solving the task of creation of point of alcohol control of staff of the companies by means of the selected automated point.

According to specialists of the company, the offered option of implementation of opportunities of the Gate ACS does not require any special versions of the equipment or software of the Gate ACS, is implemented on regular devices and regular software. As the special equipment the V-02 DINGO breathalyzer is used.

Standard minimum structure of the automated alcohol control point

The point should be serviced by the official of the enterprise (operator).

Point operation algorithm:

  • the operator turns on the point equipment, holds testing and is convinced of readiness of a set (the test passed successfully, on the breathalyzer indication of readiness, software it is ready to work);
  • the employee brings a personal identification card to the reader, the automated workplace makes photoverification with display of a photo and data of the user, the operator is visually convinced of compliance of data;
  • the employee, under control and the operator guide, holds a breathalyzer session with obtaining visual result on indication of the breathalyzer and fixing of an event to automated workplace software;
  • the operator is convinced of recovery of readiness of the equipment and passes to work with the next employee, on completion of work switches off the required equipment.
  • the operator Punkta of alcohol control on the automated workplace, or the representative of administration on the automated workplace, with required frequency creates the report on events of point of alcohol control in which date and time of testing, the Full Name of the operator, Full Name of employees and results of control researches of their status on alcohol content is reflected.

  • simplicity of implementation;
  • universality;
  • low costs of implementation;
  • reliability;
  • convenience of operation.

Features of use of the breathalyzer.

The simplest breathalyzer which can be used at the request of the management for internal needs of the enterprise for formal determination of the fact of exceeding of the set level of concentration of vapors of ethanol in an expiratory air is given in a specific example. It is not an official measuring instrument. Critical level of concentration is defined at the discretion of the operator. It is in use important to consider that breathalyzer recovery time after each use depends on the revealed concentration and can have values of several seconds, up to several minutes. Therefore turning on of this device in the decision gate about access on checkpoints of the enterprise is not recommended.

Along with the offer of a technology component the company noted ambiguity of use of such point in the organization, from the juridical party. Being accepted to implementation, organizers should show consideration for point of similar control. It is important to understand, the company noted in the statement - if it is not provided by the federal law, does not belong to duties according to the job description or specially is not stated in the employment contract, then the worker has the right to refuse passing of any procedures directed to identification of any features of its organism somebody.

In practice, in most cases, these points of control can be used on a voluntary basis and have only information value - for internal use.

2015

Gate ACS version 1.21 Gate-Server-Terminal

The version of software of 1.21 Gate-Server-Terminal has a number of pleasant innovations which do work with a system more profitable and more convenient and also expand functionality of a system. Among the largest and noticeable new products:

  • separate licensing of system operation with controllers of the Parking (Gate-P-8000 PK) and controllers of integration into Vizit on-door speakerphones (Gate-GV420) is cancelled. Starting with version 1.21 basic software of Gate-Server-Terminal ensures functioning with all types of controllers of the classical Gate ACS without additional licenses. Therefore in a new standard price of Gate there are no separate positions of licensing for the systems of the Parking and Gate-Vizit now.
  • all devices of identification on a ZKTeco brand fingerprint among which popular there are MA300 optic instruments (the biometric reader combined with the card reader) and ZK 4500 (the desktop biometric sensor) now and also the multispectral reader ZK LA2000 were integrated into the Gate ACS. Software is added the special interface for work with the biometric fingerprint readers ZKTeco to regular. It is important that when using these readers as a part of the Gate ACS for their setup and operation installers will need no other software.

The Gate-IP-Pro ACS controller is created

On June 4, 2015 the "Ah-Ti Technologies the 21st Century" company announced inclusion in structure of the Gate brand of two control and management systems for access: classical Gate ACS and professional network Gate-IP ACS.


Changes in hardware base

The Gate-IP-Base controller became the main controller in the Gate-IP ACS. The previous basic controller with name Gate-IP100 is not excluded from a system, but changed the name for Gate-IP-Pro.

The Gate-IP-Base controller differs from the Gate-IP-Pro model in lack of Wi-fi of a communicator and other type of the network connector (standard socket 8P8C of RJ45 standard is used). Basic Gate-IP-Base controllers are on sale at lower price, are available in a warehouse and are available to the order. Are provided in three types of the body: standard, UPS1, UPS2. In all complex projects or separate points of pass where use of Wi-fi is not planned, Gate-IP-Base and Gate-IP-Pro controllers are completely interchanged and can be shared.

Changes in the software

At requests of users and partners possibilities of the free version of software of Gate-IP are expanded. The free version of Gate-IP Free allows to use function of video verification of events of access with support to 10 video channels (SVN the Line, Pinetron, Dahua, Hikvision), allows to use all types of the main and special Gate-IP controllers, including special technologies of wireless Gate-IP-Lock locks, a management system for automatic equipment and elevator on the basis of Gate-IC-Elevator and the system of a zone antipassbek based on Gate-IC-Antipassback.

Restrictions of the free version: one automated workplace, up to 10 doors, up to 50 cards, does not support connection of controllers of the classical Gate ACS and also web and mobile interfaces.

The Gate ACS is integrated with the system of recognition the autonumbers Automarshal

On August 28, 2015 the company Ah-Ti announced the 21st century Technologies integration of the Gate ACS with the system of recognition the autonumbers Automarshal.

Mallenom Systems together with Gate ACS developers, the company Ah-Ti Technologies the 21st century, performed works on integration.

The sensing technology can be shared as a part of the regular Gate ACS with all other options of identification of transport:

  • according to cards,
  • to radio charms
  • To RFID tags of distant reading.

In addition to integration of regular software the Automarshal and the Gate ACS the specialized budget version of software Automarshal.Gate is developed. As a result, sharing of this product and the Gate ACS, according to the statement of developer company - the most budget and reliable tool of the organization of a system of accounting and control of transport for departmental and housing autoparkings.

2014: Reservation of ways of data transmission

On February 24, 2014 the company Ah-Ti announced the 21st century Technologies new technology ways and reserves of data transmission in the Gate ACS system.

For the control systems of access using an Ethernet network as a data transmission medium, technological capabilities and methods of reservation of ways of data transmission are of great importance. It actually allows to increase survivability of a system and its efficiency.
