2020: Plans of integration with PASS24.online

The developer of solutions for access control of ONVI Service (enters into group of CHEEKS) and the developer of the systems of video analytics and industrial control of Mallenom Systems signed the expanded agreement on cooperation. On May 18, 2020 LANIT reported about it.

In 2020 the companies plan a number of projects during which service PASS24.online is integrated with products of Mallenom Systems – the system of video control and accounting railway transport "ARCISSE" and the weighing automation system cars " automarshal.Vesovaya ". In more detail here.

2018

Cooperation of ONVI Service and Mallenom Systems began in 2018 with integration of a system of recognition of car numbers of Avtomarshal with a cloud service for the order of admissions of PASS24.online.

2012

Program for control of journey and access control of motor transport

Allows to automatically determine and recognize numbers of the cars which got to a control zone. The recognized numbers together with the image of the car received from the video camera remain in the database and can be used for further processing.

Recognition of car numbers

• Recognition of numbers of the cars moving with a speed from 10 to 200 km/h.
• High quality of recognition under different conditions of illumination:
• in the afternoon – 95%
• at night – 90% (in night-time when lighting by standard means of lighting of automobile routes (not less 50th luxury according to regulations Construction Norms and Regulations))

• Recognition of numbers of all cars which are present at a frame
• Simultaneous processing of several bands in a frame (on megapixel images).
• Possibility of recognition of registration license plate numbers of the different countries and adaptation for work with new standards.

Preserving of information in the database

• On each detected car information on date and time of journey, the direction of journey, the recognized number and the corresponding video frame is saved.
• Use DBMS Firebird allows to create geographically distributed solutions flexibly: it is possible to organize both the single database for all system, and separate databases for each workplace.
• The volume of entries in databases is limited only to the capacity of the hard drive.

Import of external databases with car numbers and search of the recognized numbers in these bases

• Comparison of the recognized number with information in importrirovanny databases online.
• Possibility of simultaneous processing of several registration numbers of cars.
• Import of different external databases: databases of Federal Bailiff Service, service of the tax inspection, traffic police, ACS of the enterprises, automated control systems, etc.

Video surveillance

• Video of entrance/departure of each car.
• Video of process of loading/unloading/washing of the car.
• Compression, storage, transfer of videos.

Interaction with external systems and the equipment

• Connection of barriers, traffic lights, inductive loops and other actuators.
• Integration with the weight systems.
• Integration with systems of accounting of clients, employees, materials, etc. (1C: Enterprise, Helix, etc.)

Reports

• Automatic drawing up different report forms: daily, monthly, etc.
• Sending reports on e-mail.
