2020: Integration with ASUDD RIPAS

2018: Expansion of presence in Russian regions
On November 28, 2018 the Vokord company reported that it increased the presence in Russian regions, having integrated the systems of intellectual control of traffic VOCORD Traffic and weight and dimensional control of trucks. According to the company, in 2018 the quantity of the posts of control equipped with VOCORD Traffic in the Kaliningrad region increased by 9. Federalnaya Highway "Caspian Sea" is equipped with 5 complexes in the Astrakhan region. 6 posts appeared on the highway "Vyatka" in the Komi Republic and 6 more - on the Volga highway in the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
The VOCORD Traffic complexes are set on federal highways with high intensity of the movement. Consolidation of two systems – photovideo fixing and weight and dimensional control - provides ample opportunities of control of traffic flows, interferes with destruction of a roadbed and increases traffic safety.
The integrated solution for dynamic weighing of cars constructed based on functionality of the VOCORD Traffic system successfully is applied on the backup Belarus MoscowMinsk of the route M1 "-". Further implementation of ITS will make the solution Vokorda a part of future intelligent transport system Moscow region.
The VOCORD Traffic system controls traffic flow, tracing maximum permissible load of a roadbed which is defined by regulations of the Russian Federation. Lump of the moving car and an axle load is automatically determined. The acquired information is transferred to the ASUDD managing block. If the vehicle is overloaded, it goes for control weighing. After that the instruction about a penalty or prohibition on the further movement is on site taken out.
The integrated solution for fixing of the overloaded vehicles based on the VOCORD Traffic system works at roads of Russia not the first year. 2017
The processed interface for remote setup
Completely processed system interface Vokord-Traffic has a number of fundamental differences from the previous versions and allows to perform tuning of the intersection remotely – from the remote workstation. Setup is made via the central server, and its parameters are applied at all intersections which are in an area of responsibility one CAFAO (The Center of the Automated Fixing of Administrative Offences) at once.
Essential advantage of the new interface is also the uniform editor of export which allows to generate any kinds of reports on violations. The different document formats of evidential base, fonts, signatures, etc. which, depending on the region, have a number of distinctions are also provided in it and can change over time. Thus, making changes in templates is made once on all points of control at the same time.
In the new system interface Vokord-Traffic is not required to create manually additional configurations for setup of the equipment. Loading of a tree of devices which includes the controller, survey cameras, cameras of recognition of numbers of vehicles and an input distribution equipment is made automatically.
Let's especially note that now functions which were implemented in separate applications and utilities, for example, setup of a zone of intersection of the stop line, a zone of driving through red light or a lane earlier are entered to the single interface of setup. Management of scaling of the image is supported.
Unified register of the Russian programs
All product line of Vokord company is included in the Unified register of the Russian programs for electronic computers and databases (the register of domestic software). The systems of security VOCORD FaceControl, VOCORD FaceControl 3D, VOCORD Traffic and the software products VOCORD Tahion, VOCORD Phobos and also the first universal specialized software for detailed systems analysis of a photo and video content of the VOKORD Video expert, were recognized conforming to the requirements approved by order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1236 of November 16, 2015.
2016: Vokord-Traffic A
On July 29, 2016 the Vokord company announced certification of a product for fixing of violations of traffic regulations Vokord-Traffic A.
The hardware-software complex of control of traffic for measurement of average speed under the name Vokord-Traffic A is intended for measurements of average speed of the movement of the vehicles (V) on sections of roads[1].
At the heart of a complex operation principle - measurement of motion speed of the CU on rectilinear segment of the road between two cameras mounted consistently at the beginning and the end of section. Cameras will recognize number of the CU, fix time of entrance and departure then a system calculates the average speed of its movement on this section.
Developers characterize Vokord-Traffic A as the system of high accuracy of measurements (limits of the allowed relative error of measurements of motion speed of the CU of ±1%, limits of the allowed absolute error of determination of time of fixing of the CU ±1 milliseconds) at the range of the measured speeds - from 1 to 300 km/h.
Today Vocord is the only producer offering a complete line of control systems of traffic and violations of traffic regulations. Measurement of average speed is the most effective method of fight for decrease in accident rate and death rate on roads, especially on such difficult sections of roads as platforms, bridges and tunnels. Vocord Traffic R and T passed the metrological examination
24 March, 2015 the Vokord company announced obtaining the metrological certificate for the systems of photovideo fixing Vocord Traffic R and T with radar and optical velocity meters.
The Vokord company received the certificate of Federal Agency for Technical Regulation of Metrology of the Russian Federation on the statement of type of measuring instruments (the metrological certificate) on essentially new complexes of control of traffic of own development using radar – Vocord Traffic R and optical - Vocord Traffic T, methods of measurement of speed.

Solutions for fixing of violations of traffic regulations of Vocord Traffic R and Vocord Traffic T, provide to the Russian market of means of photovideo fixing of an opportunity for traffic control.
In particular, the technology of optical measurement of speed of Vokord company is formed on the video analysis of the image received from the camera and is characterized by the high accuracy of measurements at the broad range of the measured speeds - from 2 to 255 km/h, and for a radar method – from 20 to 300 km/h.

VOCORD Traffic fixes the weight of vehicles
On April 27, 2015 the Vokord company announced VOCORD Traffic upgrade - a system learned to fix vehicles which weight exceeds maximum permissible loads of a roadbed, according to regulations of traffic regulations of the Russian Federation.
The functionality of a system of photo and video fixing of violations of traffic regulations of VOCORD Traffic is implemented within integration of the product VOCORD Traffic with the systems of dynamic weighing of cars (Weight-in-motion) set on the roads Russia, including on one of the first toll highways of M1 Belarus MoscowMinsk"-".
According to specialists of Vocord, VOCORD Traffic integrated with Weight-in-motion systems represents the innovative solution opening new opportunities in the field of traffic control. The functionality of the VOCORD Traffic system in completely automatic mode helps to identify the vehicle, to determine its lump and an axle load without the need for a car stop at a speed more than 200 km/h.
A system also creates penalties for exceeding of admissible weight parameters.
As a part of the integrated solutions functioning on the basis of the VOCORD Traffic system and Weight-in-motion technology the specialized cameras VOCORD NetCam4 which are specially developed by Vokord company for recognition of car numbers are used.
All information on the identified vehicle is transferred to the ASUDD managing block then the car exceeding maximum permissible loads of the road goes to the special platform for control weighing and decision about a penalty or withdrawals of the car from traffic flow.
For April 27, 2015 the integrated solution for weight control of cars created on the basis of functionality of the VOCORD Traffic system found application on one of the first paid roads in Russia – route M1 Belarus Moscow-Minsk. A system helps to control 99% of traffic flow regarding exceeding by transport of an allowable load on the road that considerably reduces the probability of emergence of the road accidents, protects a paving from premature wear.

VOCORD Traffic identifies the CU in night-time
On July 9, 2015 the Vokord company announced additional functionality of the VOCORD Traffic system - identification of vehicles in night-time and difficult weather conditions.
The technology of hands-off processing of images allows to recognize numbers of the car, to receive well distinguishable image of the vehicle in night-time and difficult weather conditions.

The technology is constructed on the original algorithms of image processing developed by specialists of Vokord company for the solution of expert and criminalistic tasks. A system fixes more than 15 types of violations of traffic regulations, with high definition number of the car, model of the car and even the driver of the vehicle are visible.

The received high-quality photographic materials can form evidential base for confirmation of the fact of the violation of traffic regulations made at night day or in difficult weather conditions.
Operation of the VOCORD Traffic system at night day does not require additional installation of special lighting and integration of the third-party equipment.
VOCORD Traffic is simple in installation and system maintenance, provides recognition of numbers of vehicles of the different countries and formats. Results of work of complexes of photo and video fixing Vokord-Traffic
For 2015 the geography of presence of intellectual complexes of photo and video fixing of violations of traffic regulations Vokord-Traffic extended on a third. Road infrastructure of the country in 2015 was equipped with more than 200 boundaries of control of traffic flow and automatic recognition of numbers of vehicles, photofixings of traffic offenses (traffic regulations) at intersections and on straight sections of roads.
Complexes work practically in all territorial subjects of the federation – from the western borders till the boundaries of the Far Eastern Federal District: in Kaliningrad and the Moscow region, in Ryazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Voronezh, Veliky Novgorod, Syktyvkar, Vladikavkaz, Saransk and Omsk, in Novosibirsk, Gorno-Altaysk, Chita, Yakutsk and others. In the most different climatic zones the Vokorda complexes show stable work and save complete functionality in difficult temperature conditions.
Also in 2015 complexes Vokord-Traffic were successfully put into operation in the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Astana – within the program for complex ensuring life activity of the city (SKOZh).
According to the statistical data collected by Vokord's specialists, everywhere where multifunction automatic systems of control of traffic Vokord-Traffic are installed – and it is nearly 30 regions of Russia – the accident rate and death rate among participants of traffic decreased more than by 25%. Total number of violations on some sections decreased more than twice in the first months of system operation, and cases from the death is not registered in general.
