Unified register of the Russian programs

All product line of Vokord company is included in the Unified register of the Russian programs for electronic computers and databases (the register of domestic software). The systems of security VOCORD FaceControl, VOCORD FaceControl 3D, VOCORD Traffic and the software products VOCORD Tahion, VOCORD Phobos and also the first universal specialized software for detailed systems analysis of a photo and video content of the VOKORD Video expert, were recognized conforming to the requirements approved by order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1236 of November 16, 2015.

There was Vocord Tahion release

On February 20, 2017 the Vokord company announced release of release of the version of the Vocord Tahion system with support of activation by means of serial numbers.

In this version the license policy at software installation on one workstation is processed. Domain authorization on behalf of the current account of Windows is added that allows to activate the license far off on the Internet. Authorization is executed by means of the security key, i.e. on serial number.

Now it is not required to set the active license through a support service - for the user process of installation of a product becomes simpler.

Developers noted a possibility of a task of several reactions to any event of this or that video detector (only one reaction to one event was supported earlier) in this release. Now disturbing messages in a system are ranged depending on the "scales" appropriated to them (for example, appearance of the person in a prohibited zone, education of crowd, the smoke video detector, etc.). It allows the operator to react quickly to a situation according to a certain scenario depending on its complexity.

The functionality of Vocord Tahion is expanded – support of the mode of the beginning of record on operation of the relay on actuators – barriers, tourniquets and so forth is added. There was a control function by peripheral relays on system analytics events.

Other changes:

• optimization on speed,
• on high-speed performance
• on stability of work
• performance improvement.

Changes affected the user interface. Now grouping of video channels in the interface of the Administrator and in a user interface in a tree is executed uniformly, it is more convenient during the work with a large number of cameras.

2016: Internal control system of movements of goods

On July 7, 2016 the Vokord company announced creation of a system for internal control of movements of goods in a warehouse on the platform of a video surveillance system Vocord Tahion.

The system of an inventory control allows to monitor movement of goods in a warehouse, packaging process, to exercise control of the procedure of weighing of goods and to monitor traffic on handling platforms of warehouses and the logistic centers.

The solution is created on the basis of an analytical part of a video surveillance system of VOCORD Tahion and can work as separately, and in interface to other systems of an inventory control and enterprise management.

Use of intellectual video surveillance and the system of video analytics allows to define existence of goods in a warehouse, to conduct a video of processes of packaging, weighing and shipment, controlling all chain of processes. As a result, users of a system as online, and in record obtain the complete information about movements of goods on an internal logistics chain. The technology checks completeness of a complete set of orders, controls regrading. It helps to automate shipping control of goods and to reduce time for processing.

Using modules of recognition of numbers and video analytics a system is capable to monitor traffic on handling platforms and to automatically control process of loading of each specific truck. At the same time, if when loading weighing is made, then using specially developed algorithms a system controls correctness of process of weighing.

By means of the intellectual video analysis in the automatic mode presence of strangers and objects at a weight zone is controlled. Attempts of impact on scales at the time of weighing are stopped. Images of everyone pallets are entered in the database that makes impossible its repeated weighing, receipt or substitution. A system fixes on video the moment of transition of the property right of goods at shipment.

The technology is scaled and intended for the companies of any scale – from one shop to large geographically distributed networks.

Present market situation of retail defines need of improvement of quality of logistics chains. Special attention in the solution of the matters deserve the system of intellectual video surveillance and video analytics whose wide functionality allows to organize internal logistic infrastructure of the company optimum. Respectively, the commodity losses happening because of errors in transit of goods decrease and the human factor is minimized. At the same time, there is an opportunity to sharply accelerate work with claims. Today we present essentially new solution for the market of logistics which, undoubtedly, will increase quality of the movement of commodity chains and will significantly reduce commodity losses because of a human factor. 2015: For VOCORD Tahion the price model of licensing is changed

On May 19, 2015 the Vokord company provided price model of licensing of an intelligent system of survey video surveillance VOCORD Tahion.

In a reduced model of licensing two main packets are supposed: Tahion and Tahion Mega.

• Tahion is intended for projects with use on an object less than 500 cameras.
• Tahion Mega is expected creation of systems with quantity more than 500 surveillance cameras.

As a part of packets of Tahion and Tahion Mega the main software modules necessary for installation of a video surveillance system on an object. In addition, packets of Tahion and Tahion Mega include basic intellectual analytics.

The software supports analog and IP cameras.

Except basic packets of Tahion and Tahion Mega additional opportunities of use of the VOCORD Tahion system using intellectual video analytics are available to partners and clients of the company. As additional functions in the VOCORD Tahion system modules of recognition of numbers of vehicles, detectings of the left and carried away objects, modules of detecting of people, including education of crowd can be used. Besides, the VOCORD Tahion system can collect statistics of traffic.

The VOCORD Tahion system supports program service VOCORD NetCast, for broadcast of video from video cameras in the Internet and on a video hosting of YouTube. Service broadcasts content on all platforms, including on mobile devices running iOS and Android and also supports all browsers on any platforms.

2014: Support of the 64-bit operating system

Vokord company announced in May, 2014 release of the new version of a system of survey video surveillance of VOCORD Tahion. In this version performance is significantly increased (due to support of the 64-bit operating system); the operator interface is processed and also the possibility of the organization of the systems of cloud video surveillance is implemented.

Support of work with the 64-bit operating system many times increases performance and allows to browse and write unlimited number of channels in archive (restrictions can be caused only by the capacity of the hard drive).

Besides, use of 64-bit OS gives the chance to save computing resources for such "resource-intensive" functions as video detection, work with video of high resolution, etc. As a result, customers have an opportunity to sharply reduce costs for a hardware platform of a video surveillance system.

In turn, changes of the user interface seriously simplify work with a system. In particular, now users will be able to integrate video channels on categories that it is much more convenient during the work with a large number of cameras. At the same time the new ordinary designer of the user layouts which can be integrated on categories too is created and also the function of a digital zoom working both when viewing the end-to-end channel and in archive is implemented.

Let's note functionality of video detectors in the new version of VOCORD Tahion. Now disturbing messages in a system are supplied not only text messages about operation of this or that detector (for example, appearance of the person in a prohibited zone, education of crowd, the smoke video detector, etc.), but also displayed together with the photo of the event. It allows the operator to react quickly to a situation, without watching video in archive. In the magazine of a system the event will also be displayed with the photo.

At last, in VOCORD Tahion there was a useful functionality for the organizations using a video surveillance system as a source of photographic materials for evidential base. The Storyboard function which is available "in one click" allows to break into the personnel the selected interval in archive of a video, to select a suitable frame and quickly to export it or to print.

2013: VOCORD Tahion

VOCORD Tahion is the system of survey video surveillance with functions of video analytics for geographically distributed objects and projects of scale "The safe city".

It is intended for:

Quality of video records

Thanks to a modern shrinking algorithm of JPEG2000, a system provides broadcasting and record of video with the resolution of 500 Tv lines. High quality of video records is confirmed with the conclusion of Forensic center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs about suitability of video records for conducting criminalistic examinations.

Video analytics In a system progressive algorithms of the video analysis are implemented, since detectors of the movement and the left objects and finishing with functions of recognition of car numbers and human faces.

Network distributed architecture

VOCORD Tahion is under construction on the basis of multiservice digital networks of data transmission (MTsS). Subnets with different topology and physical transmission can be the MTsS elements: DWDM, SDH, PON, Ethernet, xDSL, WiFi, WiMax. All subnets of MTsS are integrated by use of the uniform network protocol — TCP/IP.

Scalability

The modular distributed architecture allows to scale beyond all bounds a system by the number of channels, depth of archive and performance. At the same time building of a system can be performed without stopping its works.

Depth of archive increases installation of additional archive servers. For performance improvement different system modules can be taken out on separate servers.

Convenience of installation and service

Use of the compact network VOCORD Avantpost video servers minimizes need of laying of coaxial cables and other analog communications. Thanks to the compactness and simplicity in operation, the video server can be installed in close proximity to video cameras, and all further data transmission happens in a digital form.

High reliability and fault tolerance

High reliability and fault tolerance is reached due to use in each node of a system of specialized devices. Besides, the possibility of balancing of loading and condition monitoring of all elements of a system is provided in a system.

Composition

VOCORD Avantpost

The specialized compact VOCORD Avantpost video servers allow to connect up to 8 analog cameras on one device.

The server digitizes and squeezes analog video signal with the highest quality, using JPEG 2000 algorithm, and transfers video data to TCP/IP network. If necessary, the server can keep record on the built-in hard drive.

About 4 security sensors and also the different actuators and controllers supporting RS232/422/485 interface can be connected to the server.

Video servers based on payments of VOCORD DualStream VE16

These video servers are under construction based on the computer in commercial or industrial execution and payments of video occupation of VOCORD DualStream VE16.

On one server several payments of VOCORD VE16 can be set that allows to connect to it up to 64 cameras.

Video servers based on payments of VOCORD VE16 can work within distributed system and act as completely autonomous solutions.

During the work within distributed system the video server can be used also for archiving of video data.

During the work in a standalone mode the video server turns the video recorder with functions of viewing "end-to-end" channels and historical records directly on the server.

IP cameras

In addition to analog video cameras in the Tahion system IP cameras of different producers can be connected. At the same time viewing end-to-end channels and signing up in archive in the MJPEG, MPEG4, H.264 formats, etc. is supported. Also all service functions of IP cameras are supported.

VOCORD NetCam

VOCORD NetCam video cameras are used in the systems of face recognition VOCORD FaceControl and the systems of photofixing of violations of traffic regulations VOCORD Traffic. These systems can be integrated with the VOCORD Tahion system. Such integration is resulted by a possibility of viewing in real time of the image from the cameras VOCORD NetCam in a workplace of the VOCORD Tahion system and image recording from these cameras in archive. When broadcasting per network and signing up in archive the VOCORD StreamLogic codec developed by Vokord company optimized for work with cameras of high resolution is used.

VOCORD Core

VOCORD Core is the central control of the VOCORD Tahion system. It performs the following functions:

• stores system configuration and also all settings and scenarios of work of its subsystems and components;
• receives notifications on all events in a system and, according to scenarios of work, forms and transfers managing teams to different elements of a system;
• performs authorization and differentiation of access rights during the work in a system.

The settings relating to specific components of a system are stored not only on the central server, but also copied on these components and stored on them locally.

VOCORD NetScale

For optimum allocation of a video information and broadcast of video flows intelligent routers of video data VOCORD NetScale — new generation of means of intellectual broadcasting and distribution multimedia (video, and audio-) data, changing traditional Multicast technology are used. VOCORD NetScale are powerful and flexible management tools video flows. They allow to transfer to each subscriber of video with that quality which he requests or which is allowed by capacity of the channel. At the same time the number of subscribers is almost not limited.
