Unified register of the Russian programs

All product line of Vokord company is included in the Unified register of the Russian programs for electronic computers and databases (the register of domestic software). The systems of security VOCORD FaceControl, VOCORD FaceControl 3D, VOCORD Traffic and the software products VOCORD Tahion, VOCORD Phobos and also the first universal specialized software for detailed systems analysis of a photo and video content of the VOKORD Video expert, were recognized conforming to the requirements approved by order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1236 of November 16, 2015.

Module of recognition of human faces

On March 2, 2017 the Vokord company announced release of release of VOKORD Video expert. The biometric module for recognition of human faces on a photo and video records is added to structure of release.

In release the format of the perpetual basic license (Basic) on one workplace is supported, and add-on modules of search of counterfeits (license ForgeryAnalysis) and face recognition (license Recognition) are purchased separately.

As developers said, integration of face recognition into VOKORD Video expert is intended for convenience and availability of the choice of necessary feature set, as for specialists of laboratories of judicial examination and an insurance sector, and to independent experts in the field of examination of videos from the place of the road accident recorded by car DVRs and surveillance cameras.

Release of VOKORD Video expert for the insurance market

On January 26, 2017 the Vokord company announced creation of the specialized version of the VOKORD Video Expert software product for insurance market.

The product for systems analysis of a photo and video content of VOKORD Video expert allows to carry out complex expertize of digital materials on the basis of which insurance companies make the decision on insurance payment at a loss occurrence (the road accident or another).

Using the software package "VOKORD Video Expert" experts of insurance companies conduct complex researches provided photo and the videos received including, using the mobile applications allowing to photograph damages and to transfer data to the AIS CMTPL.

As the developer company stated, VOKORD Video expert is the only product in Russia certified for carrying out researches of photo and video content. The software package allows to elicit the facts of installation and counterfeits in an automatic and semi-automatic mode (whether any changes are made to original material).

The additional option of face recognition on video entered release of VOKORD Video expert. A broader service of determination of counterfeits, it allows:

• define removal, replacement or shift of the personnel within one video sequence;
• reveal an insert of the personnel from other video sequence
• photomontage in one frame,
• define frequency change of the personnel and replacement of the original personnel with doubles,
• recoding of the personnel.

According to developers, VOKORD Video expert has wide functionality for carrying out the most difficult professional researches and satisfies the need for the certified tools for conducting examinations in insurance companies. This software product owing to the user qualities significantly facilitates work of experts of insurance companies on identification of the facts of forgery of digital content and fraud for receiving an insurance indemnity within compulsory liability insurance of car owners (CMTPL) or voluntary insurance of the car (COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE).

VOCORD Video expert 2.0

The special module which will allow to apply biometric algorithms of face recognition of people on a photo and video materials is added to the version of VOKORD Video expert 2.0. One of the main features and differences of a product of the VOKORD Video expert is processing of material in completely automatic mode. The company initially developed such product which as much as possible facilitates to the expert work (so, it is not obligatory for expert to have profound special knowledge of photo and video editors).

On August 6, 2015 the Vokord company announced an output to the market of the solution Vocord Video expert.

The complex of the VOKORD Video expert was created in cooperation with forensic experts, and represents unique tool kit for conducting examination, including judicial and also the criminalistic analysis of a photo and video content which will become obligatory for familiarizing as proofs in court in the nearest future: according to Federal law draft 492044-6 "About modification of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences regarding obligation of reference of materials photo and filmings, zvuko-and videos to proofs on the case of administrative offense".

Software helps to elicit the facts of installation and counterfeits in a photo and video content, to improve quality of a photo and video for their further processing, to create portrait examination using 3D - technologies, to automatically recognize not readable state registration signs and to carry out an inspection on bases this.

The unique algorithms of processing of a digital photo and video content developed by specialists of Vokord company are put in a basis of functionality of the program focused on use in judicial authorities, forensic experts, police and other security agencies.
