ANPR Access is Accounting and registration of motor transport of CROC company

Specialists of CROC and AAM Sistemz implemented the convenient and effective system of automatic recognition of car numbers. This technology is used for the first time in Russia.

Thanks to the system installed on entrances on office parking, the security level was succeeded to raise CROC companies considerably. Now it is easily possible to trace which of employees possesses this or that machine – the license plate of the car corresponds to employee identification number in an access control system. Besides, it became more convenient to drive on the territory: for recognition it is necessary to reduce only a little car speed before a barrier, at the same time there is no need to show the admission or to press the button of the personal identifier.

The system of recognition based on the solution ANPR Access of Nedap AVI company has several advantages in comparison with analogs. For example, the RFID tag (the personal identifier working on a radio channel) does not provide up-to-date information about cars of employees. Having received a tag, it can be used in different machines – at the same time the security service will have outdated data that complicates a problem of quick search of the owner of the machine. In a case the system of recognition of numbers it is rather simple to add number of all of the machines belonging to the employee to his profile in an access control system. If necessary it is possible to request documents, confirmatory that the car with the corresponding number really belongs to this employee.

On the territory the solution on the basis of a sensing technology of numbers is more convenient than a video surveillance system for control of entrance of machines: with its help it is much easier to find the necessary machine in records. All data remain in the detailed format convenient for the analysis: each picture taken by a system is a separate file which name includes date, time and a machine number. It accelerates search of the specific car. If it is necessary to recognize a machine number by arrival time, it can be done search in the folder of the FTP server which name corresponds to hour of a visit of the guest. It is also possible to learn to what time there arrived a specific person, having found his name and a surname in the history of access control system events.
