VisitorControl

VisitorControl is the full-function software solution for control of visitors, covers all processes: from the preorder of the admission, approval and its delivery to a checkpoint - before putting of a mark about an exit of the guest from the building.

Main Functions:

• registration of visitors;
• photography of visitors and/or documents;
• the accelerated recognition of documents of visitors (the Russian Federation citizen passport and dr);
• issue of temporary and single admissions;
• the preorder of admissions on network or on the Internet;
• approval (vising) of requests for the admission by authorized persons;
• control of visitors according to the "black" list;
• accounting of cars of visitors;
• accounting of bringing/carrying out of material values;

2016: The VisitorControl system was updated to version 5.0

In June, 2016 the recording system of visitors and issue of admissions of VisitorControl was updated to version 5.0. The following functions are added to the fifth version of VisitorControl:

In the summer of 2016 in Insyres company held system testing of VisitorControl 4.2 on compatibility with the Windows 10 operating system and the fresh Microsoft Edge browser. All functions of a system are available both to the user, and the operator of bureau of admissions.

Possibility of issue of permanent admissions

Now through VisitorControl users of a system can make out requests for admission constants, approve them and also issue the admission to employees. The new admission can appoint the access level directly in the VisitorControl interface that perhaps thanks to integration of our product with all popular control systems of access (ACS). This innovation will allow to work with visitors and with permanent employees in one system.

System of Accounting of Working Time (SAWT)

The system of accounting of working time as a part of the solution VisitorControl has a number of functions which will allow to control working time of employees:

• an opportunity to conduct the general and individual production calendars;
• time recording of employees;
• magazines of arrival/leaving, defects/processings, early goings / delay;
• accounting of business trips, holiday and hospital;

SURV inherited main advantages of VisitorControl:

• flexible configurations for users with the different rights, including an opportunity for the head to browse reports only on the company / division;
• support of different SKD;
• data acquisition from the different SKD which are at the same time working at objects of the company and their consolidation in one base.

Thanks to the built-in system of a time recording of VisitorControl considerably will expand a circle of solvable business challenges: a system allows to work effectively both with visitors, and with permanent employees.

Magazine of monitoring of suspicious events

The magazine of monitoring of suspicious events is the convenient tool allowing a security service of an object it is effective to fight against the next incidents:

• attempts of a bypass of statutory rules of access control;
• abuses of authority in the VisitorControl system;
• non-execution / unfair execution by the employees responsible for observance of access control, the job responsibilities.

Also the next suspicious events will be fixed:

• change of the Full Name of the visitor at issue of the admission;
• editing data of the visitor after his visit;
• execution of the admission on the visitor from the "black" list;
• change of routes of requests.

In total in the list about 20 events.

Magazine of monitoring of operability of a system

The magazine of monitoring of operability of a system considerably will simplify work of the administrator of VisitorControl. The administrator will be quickly notified about:

• decline in production of a system;
• violations of operability of a system;
• security risks of a system.

At reduction in the rate of work or at emergence of critical errors in a system the administrator will be able quickly to take timely measures for fault recovery.

For example, if the speed of loading of magazines or execution of requests is more than 10 seconds, then the relevant information will be published in the magazine; the administrator will pay attention to this event and will take measures for system operation optimization.

Also the administrator will be able to obtain information about:

• to stop of operation of the module of integration and other modules;
• the cards which are not activated in the ACS;
• to blocking of the user because of input of the wrong password.

In total in the list more than 10 events. Data on all events can also arrive on e-mail of the system administrator.

Magazine of drives of cars

In the magazine of drives of cars all events of entrance/departure and also time which the car spent on the protected area are displayed. The magazine has filter set which will allow to find quickly interesting events. For example, if on an object the limit on stay of the guest car on the parking is set at three o'clock, then the user can select "Time of Stay Is More than 3 Hours" value from the filter and receive the list of cars which are in the territory over the put time.

The magazine for passes for temporary and permanent admissions

The magazine allows a security service to see exact information on the input and output facts on temporary or permanent admissions, and thanks to flexible filters it is possible to find quickly interesting events for a certain period. This magazine will be convenient on objects which is constantly visited by the contract workers having temporary the admission: now the security service specialist precisely knows who when and how many times were visited by an object according to the temporary admission. In the same way the magazine works also with permanent employees: for several seconds it is possible to obtain information on attendance a certain employee of an object during the specified period.

The possibility of consolidation of data from different SKD will also become big advantage during the work with temporary and permanent admissions. This function will be useful at the organization of access control to the company with several buildings in which different control systems of access are used.

Besides, the magazine of passes, as well as other magazines, it is possible to transfer to archive: all records will be available to viewing, but at the same time they will not influence the speed of work of the basis.

Notification on system news

In the new version the Center of notifications using which users will be able to obtain important information on the VisitorControl system is added: exit of updates, emergence of new useful modules, councils for work with a system, etc. Thus, users will always be aware of the latest news of VisitorControl that will allow them to use systems capabilities more effectively.

New fields, settings and opportunities in forms of requests

Possibility of attachment of the document to the request at execution of the request.

• Now it is possible to add the document to the request of any type. On the basis of this application the decision on approval of the request or issue of the admission can be made. For example, it can be the scan of the work authorization or the patent (it is relevant for the foreign citizens receiving temporary the admission), the service provision agreement, the order about putting on the staff (for issue of admissions to permanent employees), the delivery note (for permission of journey of cargo transport) and many other documents.

• An opportunity to specify sign of the foreign citizen at execution of the request for group visit and requests for the material admission.

If in the group request at least one member of the group is specified as the foreign citizen, the request for obtaining the admission for group can be directed along a special route of approval. Relevant for the companies attracting to contract works of foreign citizens.

• Autosubstitution of the organizations of visitors in the field Organization is added.

The innovation will allow to avoid emergence in base of a set of different names of the same company. For example, earlier the operator could write Vektor-Sever company as Vektorsever, Vector of the North, Vektor-Sever LLC, etc. Now, when the operator will enter the first letters B, E and K, a system itself will offer him the name "Vector North", having saved thereby the operator from need to completely enter the company name.

• Possibility of setup of all forms of requests.

Now for all types of requests it is possible to select displayed and mandatory fields.

• Setup of a possibility of change of the Full Name of the visitor at registration.

The new setup allowing to include and disconnect a possibility of change of the Full Name of the visitor at execution of the admission on it according to the request is added. Also there was an opportunity to trace the change history Full Name of the visitor that allows to avoid possible violations of access control.

Sending to visitors of notifications with the PIN code for the terminal

In the commitment form the "visitor's e-mail" field appeared. The applicant can specify the e-mail address of the guest at application for the admission and when the request is approved, to the visitor the notification where all necessary information will be specified will come to e-mail: the address of the host party, the Full Name of the accepting employee, date and time of a visit and also the PIN code using which the visitor can quickly receive the admission in the terminal of independent registration.

New integration solutions

In the new version are implemented:

• expanded integration with SKD Bosch of BIS;
• integration into the USB reader Bosch ARD-EDMCV002-USB (support work with the protected magnetic cards of the Mifare Bosch format);
• integration with the system of recognition of car numbers SecureOS Auto (from ISS producer).

VisitorControl can work fully from several ACS at the same time.

Support of Windows 10 of b Microsoft Edge

VisitorControl 5.0 is completely compatible to new products from Microsoft: Windows 10 operating system and new Microsoft Edge browser. In Windows 10 all functions of a product are available both to the user, and the operator of bureau of admissions. Also all users of VisitorControl 5.0 can work in the new Microsoft Edge browser without any limit.

Support of MS SQL of 2014

5 version of VisitorControl support work with the latest version of the database management system from Microsoft – MS SQL of 2014. It means that VisitorControl can work, using all opportunities of new developments of Microsoft.

2015: VisitorControl was updated to version 4.2

In this version of VisitorControl there were new types of requests, new features in work with magazines and in recognition of documents and also completely updated design of a product.

VisitorControl was complemented with two new types of requests at once: on permanent and on the temporary admission. Now you can create requests on the admission for your employees in the VisitorControl interface. It is not necessary to write paper and e-mails, it is not necessary to call and agree: now it is possible to submit the application for the new admission in a minute. Enter data of the employee, select purpose of the admission (new, instead of lost or faulty) and send the request for approval.

The request for the temporary admission for the visitor became separate type of the request now. Earlier it was possible to issue such request only in the section "Single admission". Sometimes it led to the fact that the employee instead of the request for the temporary admission could issue the request for the single admission accidentally. Now emergence of such error is excluded. Besides, thanks to an innovation the temporary request can appropriate the separate route of approval other than the single admission now.

Thus in VisitorControl 4.2 5 types of requests are available:

• request for the single admission;
• request for the temporary admission;
• request for the permanent admission;
• request for group visit;
• request for the material admission.

MRZ (machine-readable zone) is the machine-readable record used in documents of the international sample now will be recognized by means of VisitorControl. The previous versions of a product worked only with three document types: Russian Federation citizen passport, international passport of the Russian Federation and driver's licenses of a sample of 1998. Support of MRZ, first, considerably increases a circle of documents which will be recognized by VisitorControl, and, secondly, allows the operator to work with documents of foreign citizens also quickly, as well as with the Russian documents.
