Car Inspector

The Avto-Inspektor system is the hardware and software system which is providing recognition of numbers of moving cars, reliably working with the broad range of external conditions, easily integrated with the security equipment, actuators and external databases.

In the Avto-Inspektor system functionality necessary for effective solution of tasks on different objects is implemented: from ensuring safety of cars within parking, before control of movement of transport in enterprise scales, the separate trunk, the whole city.

Main functionality:

• recognition of registration number of the car detection of emergence of the car in a frame;
• recognition of all types of the Ukrainian numbers; possibility of adaptation to standards of numbers of any country of the world;
• successful operation of the module in any weather conditions;
• the choice of a frame with an optimal size and clearness of registration number;
• simultaneous recognition in a zone of control of several numbers (transfer of a videoizbrazheniye in text a format);
• effective interaction with the different security systems (security television, access control);
• record of each journey, entrance/departure of vehicles; creation of databases:
  • car numbers, special freeze frames from 2 cameras (the frontal picture of the car and a side view) with preserving of information on time, date, the direction of journey, the recognized number of the car, its video image;

• comparison of the recognized number to information of the database (own or external);
• existence of archive and opportunity for work with it: printing of the image of the car, sorting of data in base on the set signs;
• at detection of number from the control list (for example, the list of machines in stealing) Avto-Inspektor notifies on it the operator (gives a sound signal).
