2019: Entry into group of LANIT

On February 27, 2019 the LANIT company reported that ONVI Service, the developer of systems for the organization of the check mode, became a part of its group. The size of the purchased LANIT of a share was 70%; 30% of ONVI Service LLC were reserved by her founder and the CEO Alexey Khromov. Transaction amount does not reveal.^[1]

As envisioned by LANIT, cooperation will allow to bring essentially new products aimed at security and comfort of use of residential, commercial and industrial facilities to the market. ONVI Service develops PASS24 product family – solutions which allow clients to increase quality and speed of work of security points of the territory using modern cloud computing in combination with the solutions IoT and video recognitions.

The product PASS24.online is successfully operated in the largest cottage settlements, housing complexes, on industrial and other facilities in the territory of Moscow and the Moscow region. A total quantity of regular users for February, 2019 — more than 15 thousand human. The PASS24.online platform automates process, important for many — the order of admissions passes from the paper magazine into a cloud, and communication with the intermediary is replaced with mobile application. The company integrates the system on customer premise and arranges it under the existing throughput solution.

Initially we created mobile application for residents of the cottage settlement where there lives my family. We constantly faced problems at the order of admissions for our guests and couriers. A system was done soundly, carefully studying all processes and user interfaces as used it. Now all this grew to the whole PASS24 platform capable in a complex to resolve the issues connected with the check mode on any objects. We got not only a financial support, but also consultation, control, error protection that is very valuable to us. In the next three years the ONVI Service company is going to spend more than $3 million for development of the products and implementation of the concept of the autonomous cloud circuit of security offering to users of residential, commercial and industrial facilities essentially other level of comfort and security.
