Launch of partner sales service
ITOGO (part of the LANIT group) has launched a partner sales service for self-employed, individual entrepreneurs and legal entities. This was announced on November 7, 2022 by LANIT. The functionality of the platform is built around the business ecosystem of products based on the idea of supporting the development of entrepreneurial activity in Russia.
At the beginning of November 2022. two programs have been launched: ITOGO Partners (for self-employed and individual entrepreneurs) and ITOGO Business Partners (for organizations of any legal form). Users can choose their collaboration format based on personal goals and needs.
To participate in the first program, future participants need to familiarize themselves and accept the agreement during the registration phase of the system. For business partners, all conditions are recorded in the service contract.
The process in both cases is built in the same way: the manager issues orders for equipment for his customers through his personal account on the reseller platform. For each delivered order, a fee is paid for the specified details or the company's settlement account within the specified time frame.
The key goal of the team is to transform the client experience and build a completely new online B2B sales platform on its basis. In the future, we want to create an ecosystem of partner products with the concept of "everyone sells to everyone." By the end of the year, it is planned to connect a referral program, expand the assortment matrix on the site and give partners the opportunity to sell goods to individuals within the ITOGO platform, said Tatiana Klimenko, ITOGO Project Director.

Attracting investments in the amount of 3 billion rubles
On May 17, 2022, Lanit announced the investment of more than 3 billion rubles in an online home appliance store for ITOGO corporate clients through its venture capital fund. This amount is planned at the initial stage of investment in the project. The transaction parameters are not disclosed. According to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRUL), the share of Lanit Ventures in Total LLC is 90%, still belongs to Tikhon Smykov. The company was incorporated in 2018.
