2022: Agreement with ZURU on distribution of children's toys

Inventive Toys, a member of the group of companies, Inventive Retail Group will deal with children's distribution Russia countries CIS toys ZURU - large in and USA Great Britain New Zealand manufacturer of toys and consumer goods. In the brand line for Russia and the CIS will include Metal Machines, Robo Alive, Pets Alive, Sparkle Girlz и Coco Surprise. At the same time, a partnership with Inventive Toys will allow ZURU to enter new markets for itself of Georgia and Azerbaijan. This became known on February 17, 2022.

ZURU was founded in 2003 and is considered a pioneer in creating realistic high-tech robo toys. Inventive Toys and ZURU signed cooperation agreement in early 2022. According to him, Inventive Toys will exclusively distribute children's toys in Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan. As of February 2022, ZURU has already been presented in more than 120 countries.

According to the Association of Enterprises of the Child Goods Industry (AIDT), volume the market for children's goods in Russia in 2021 amounted to 840 billion rubles, of of which 190 billion rubles. accounted for the market for children's toys (21.5% in the structure sales). Experts at the NPD Group research agency considered that in 2021, the Russian market for children's toys grew by 5%, where Zuru occupied 11th place with an increase of 38%. According to Inventive Toys, trade the company in 2021 amounted to 2.8 billion rubles.

Inventive Toys will supply goods to children's federal networks, online stores, food chains, "at home" stores and gas stations. In total Inventive Toys distributes toys to more than 850 partners in 90 cities of Russia and CIS countries. ZURU branded sites will appear on online sites such as Yandex, Ozon, Wildberries, Aliexpress.

As part of the partnership, Inventive Toys will hold joint meetings with ZURU marketing activities, help wholesale customers understand assortment of the brand, optimally arrange the goods in the trading room. On according to Inventive Toys experts, subject to all rules merchandising retail sales organically grow by 10%.
