2021: Creating a Company

In December 2021, it became known about the creation of Lanit-Development LLC, within the framework of which the president of Lanit Group of Companies Philip Gens will combine assets in the field of software and consulting.

The registration date of Lanit Development is October 21, 2021. The company is registered in Moscow at 14 Murmansk passage, building 1. Alexander Morlock was appointed General Director.  According to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the share of Philip Gens in the new holding was 99%. Another 1% belongs to the entrepreneur's partner Alexander Mikhailov.

The authorized capital of Lanit-Development is 1 million rubles. This is significantly more than the minimum authorized capital established by law for LLC (10 thousand rubles). The organization is classified as a microenterprise. In accordance with the regulatory criteria, a microenterprise is considered an organization with revenue of up to 120 million rubles. per year and the number of employees up to 15 people. The new company has two types of activities:

• investments in securities;
• Business and management advice. 

As explained in the press service of Lanit Group of Companies, Lanit-Development LLC was created as part of the structuring of the ownership of the assets of Lanit Group of Companies . The new legal entity will become a holding company that will unite companies of the group specializing in software development and consulting.  At the same time, the new company will not conduct operational activities, it will not have employees, except those that are necessary for the performance of managerial functions.

In October 2021, Philip Gens, in a conversation with Businessman"," said that Lanit was increasing its entire IT-related business: "development, and software outsourcing outstaffing, and consulting."

Moreover, consulting is completely "smart" (how to digitalize and live in the digital world), and quite simple (how to physically organize processes, given the remote work), "he noted.[1]"
