2023: Cooperation Agreement with TSU

IT company "LANIT-TERKOM" (part of the LANIT group) and Tambov State University named after G.R. Derzhavin (TSU) signed an agreement on cooperation on technical educational programs of the university and the project "Digital Department." 2018: Igor Sarychev's appointment as CEO

2015: Opening an office in Italy

On August 5, 2015, LANIT-Terkom announced the opening of an office in Italy.

The company has been operating in the international IT market since 1991. LANIT-Terkom clients operate in Denmark, Sweden, Germany, the USA and the next stage in business expansion to Western Europe - the opening of an Italian representative office.

The office will open in the city of Bari, Puglia region. Universities with a high level of research in the field of information technology have provided this region with stable business activity in the IT environment. The local labor market is ready to offer highly qualified specialists with skills and technical knowledge in computer science, software development and digital communication.

The Italian office of the company will begin work before the end of 2015 with a starting group of Russian developers - they will actively transfer technical knowledge about active projects to local specialists. By 2016, it is planned to increase the team of Italian developers.

At the stage of planning the opening of a representative office, the National Agency for External Investment and Entrepreneurship Development Invitalia, in cooperation with the local administration, supported LANIT-Terkom. Invitalia has provided significant support at all stages of the project - from finding the appropriate location and office, delivering key information on legal, tax and labor issues, to facilitating direct contact with administration and universities.

1991-2009

1991 - thanks to the general director Andrei Terekhov, the company GUP Terkom was founded. The company was created on the basis of the youngest, rapidly developing department of the Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics of St. Petersburg State University, which is at the forefront of science. The new company was supposed to be the site of the latest scientific developments in real production.

1992 - The company successfully cooperates with Italtel and SEER Technologies.

1998 - Terkom joined the Lanit holding, the largest Russian provider of information technology services, and changed its name to LANIT-Terkom.

1999 - LANIT-Terkom initiated the founding of the FORT-ROSS consortium, which brought together the largest and most competent St. Petersburg IT companies.

2004 - LANIT-Terkom became one of the founders of the new joint association of software developers - RUSSOFT, uniting about eighty IT companies from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. General Director of LANIT-Terkom Andrey Terekhov is a member of the board of the RUSSOFT association.

2004 - LANIT-Terkom became a member of the Scandinavian Group representing the interests of Russian software manufacturers in the Scandinavian market, and was one of the first to take part in its activities.

2005 - LANIT-Terkom takes an active part in the program of building an IT technopark within the framework of the federal program Peterhof-Naukograd.

2006 - LANIT-Terkom occupies a strong position among the leaders of the Russian IT industry. Thanks to the professionalism and passion of our employees, talent and flexibility of managers, LANIT-Terkom has become a large stable company that meets all the requirements of modern business.

2008 - the official European partners of LANIT-Terkom are companies from Denmark, Germany, Finland and Sweden. 2009 - the company's latest developments are presented at international IT exhibitions, LANIT-Terkom managers take part in major conferences (Gartner, LISA). With the help of new projects for energy companies and banks, the company's activity is expanding in the Russian market.
