The system of managerial and financial accounting in the ARMZ Uranium holding

1C-Rarus based on "1C: Accounting 8" automated the system of conducting managerial and financial accounting in 14 DZO Uranium ARMZ holdings and the most management company. The implemented solution helps to prepare quickly the corporate reporting, complying conditions and terms of its providing in ROSATOM State Corporation.

The project of automation of managerial and financial accounting in ARMZ Uranium holding started in 2009.

At the initial stages specialists 1C-Rarus conducted examination of the accounting systems operating in the company, defined functional requirements to development of the consolidated database, made the outline sketch including the description of algorithms of carrying out accounting documents by the Unified Plan of Accounts (UPA) and preparation of the internal management reporting.

After completion of project implementation the system implemented 1C-Rarus in ARMZ allowed with observance of requirements of ROSATOM State Corporation to automate a number of processes:

• collecting of reporting data within the Uniform Budget Qualifier (UBQ);
• accounting, including using matrixes of the financial responsibility;
• accounting of the refunded expenses and also accounting of an avia and train tickets;
• operational closing of the periods within accounting under RAS;
• calculation of the actual and planned cost of costs, carrying out plan-fact analysis of cost accounting;
• implementation of investment planning, carrying out plan-fact analysis of investment activities

A new system allowed to integrate all DZO in a uniform distributed database and also to use the subsystem of the normative reference information allowing to control and approve on a centralized basis input of normative handbook data.

- The single system of managerial and financial accounting helped including to automate process of preparation of the reporting according to requirements of ROSATOM State Corporation. The problem of filling of nearly 200 forms of data collection is solved. Earlier accountant officers had to transfer these data "manually". Today information is automatically unloaded in templates of forms — Shalnov Oleg, the CIO of ARMZ Uranium holding noted.

- The project starting in 2009 with automation of unloading of managerial data in the Excel model for carrying out the further analysis gained afterwards broad development. For us as the contractor set new tasks. The created unified information system allowed to automate the whole complex of processes of managerial and financial accounting, having lowered labor costs on preparation of the reporting — Roman Serafimov, the head of department of special works of 1C-Rarus company commented.
