The implementation project of the integrated management system the Galaktika ERP at the enterprise was begun in 2005. Within the first stages of the project the main business processes were automated: accounting, personnel management and payroll, management of finance and logistics (supply, sale, inventory accounting, contract management).
Further for the purpose of increase in production efficiency and the general controllability of the enterprise, for cost reduction and acceleration of turnover of means by the management of JSC Altayvagon the decision to create a single system of enterprise management and its branches with special focus of attention on the solution of the most difficult and labor-consuming tasks of planning and production management was made.
The leading partner and the official regional representative of Galaktika corporation in Western Siberia the FT-Consult company acted as the consultant for implementation of the complex centralized control system of JSC Altayvagon.
Implementation of such systems now rather unusual occurrence on industrial enterprises of Russia in connection with complexity and labor input of upgrade of the settled production processes and usual standards.
According to requirements of the Customer the subsystem of planning and production management had to provide solving of tasks:
- volume and calendar, operational planning of productive activity to the level of planned daily tasks, the automated accounting of production of parts and nodes on transactions of a process flow, the automated accounting of the movement of raw materials, component parts and finished goods, logistics, controlling of production costs.
- implementation of accounting of the course of process of production of parts, nodes and finished goods on control points of process flows of production. Availability of this information allows to receive a detailed picture of a status of production at any moment, to quickly monitor execution of production schedules and to make necessary management decisions.
For execution of the above-stated tasks the project solution based on the Galaktika ERP system consisting of the following components was implemented:
- creation of a product data management system;
- creation of a single system of directories - the normative reference information integrating separate databases of the enterprises entering into structure of JSC Altayvagon;
- production process planning implementation;
- creation of a centralized system of dispatching and operational production management;
- control automation by production process logistics.
- System implementation of operational planning and accounting of production resulted in the following results:
- to fall forward and decrease in labor input of development, approval and the approval of production plans, tasks and other elements of planning of activity of production with detailing on technology production stages of parts and nodes;
- to increase in efficiency of technical services of the enterprise due to sharing of the electronic information applied to production, a support and maintenance of products;
- to increase efficiency and accuracy of the data about the course of accomplishment of production process and execution of production schedules;
- to simplification of an information access for adoption of operational solutions on production management and maintenance of rhythm of production process at the expense of what the number of idle times at assembly of finished goods is reduced;
- to decrease in volume of work in progress of workshops, due to control of issue of tasks and production strictly the subplan at the level of an automated system.
