The Project PRAKTIKA group completed the first stage of the project on development of a project management system of subsidiary bank of Sberbank of Russia joint-stock company in the Republic of Kazakhstan, partners in media reported on December 29, 2012.
Previously
For the end of 2011 – the beginning of 2012 of DB of JSC Sberbank was planned by start of 9 projects, important for business development. The management of bank set the task of development of a project management system for increase in their efficiency, including regarding an adherence to deadlines, budgets, achievement of goals, transparency of implementation and predictability of results.
Solution
Involved specialists of Project PRACTICE to the project. Determination and development of the solutions capable in practice to increase effective management of the selected strategic projects of bank and to influence positively their implementation became a key problem of cooperation.
During cooperation with DB JSC Sberbank (Kazakhstan) by specialists of Proyektnaya PRAKTIKA Group solve the following tasks:
- diagnostics of the existing project management system of Bank is carried out and recommendations about its improvement are formulated;
- a number of normative regulatory documents on project management is developed;
- training more than 60 specialists occupied in project management is provided;
- support of start of 8 strategic projects of Bank is performed;
- 2 audits of development of a project management system, including using data on the course of implementation of 8 strategic projects are booked.
Aslanbek Daltayev, the director of the department of project management of DB of JSC Sberbank Kazakhstan, noted: "We provided to the young and perspective staff of different divisions who was trained by leading experts, a unique opportunity to prove in the most "epicenter of innovations", implementing strategic and priority projects. Upgrade of the automated banking system, Credit factory, a customer relationship management system, the centralized data warehouse, Internet banking, virtualization of jobs, increase in security of the computer network, the corporate service bus – all this, not the complete list of successfully implemented projects of Sberbank in Kazakhstan.
