The RBE group announced in December, 2012 a planned finish of contracts with structures of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation on December 31, 2012. Within these contracts during 2011-12 divisions of RBE provided services in the system of outsourcing in bodies, the total amount of contracts for the specified period exceeded 30 billion rubles. Obligations for performance of contracts are fulfilled by structures of the RBE group in full, the debt to RBE for the rendered services will be repaid until the end of 2012.

The RBE group, one of the largest national operators of outsourcing and professional services, announces a successful planned finish of contracts with structures of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation today. Contracts during 2011-2012 were signed by service division of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation of JSC Voentorg. The last contract commitments of the RBE group come to the end on December 31, 2012. Since January 1, 2013 the contractors determined by JSC Voentorg and not connected with the RBE group will continue to render to structures of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation services in the system of outsourcing.

Since 2011 structures of the RBE group successfully performed works on outsourcing of functions of providing the military personnel with hot meals in all military districts of the Russian Federation and also in the military units deployed outside the Russian Federation: in Belarus, in Ukraine, in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. In total the divisions of RBE which are engaged in catering services on a regular basis daily serviced more than 250 thousand servicemen in 1905 military units based on more than 2500 dining rooms.

Since 2012 the nomenclature of the services rendered by structures of RBE for military units was replenished with services in a staff washing, washing of linen and regimentals. The cleaning division of RBE provided with services in a washing more than 600 thousand servicemen of Armed Forces and washing more than 73 thousand tons of ware property a month.

Thanks to the accurate organization of activity of the RBE enterprises during operating time with the Russian Defense Ministry violations of the assumed obligations, neither regarding timelines for delivery of services, nor regarding their quality were not allowed. During 2011-12 heads and the staff of divisions of RBE repeatedly received letters of acknowledgement from commanders of military units. Activity of RBE allowed to provide the guaranteed and uninterrupted providing the military personnel in any conditions and with minimum possible costs for the budget of the Russian Federation. So the general economy of budget resources in the direction of providing with a power supply in 2011-12 from the total amount determined by contracts made about 17%, on services of washing and a washing in 2012 – about 50%.

The RBE group, thanks top military commanders of military districts and heads of logistics of military districts for joint work and respectable partnership in course of execution of contracts on service of structures of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.

During current month the RBE group holds all necessary organizational events for completion of performance of contracts with JSC Voentorg on December 31, 2012 and object passing to third-party contractors. In turn JSC Voentorg will provide complete closing of debts on the rendered services within December, 2012 and payment after delivery of the works performed in December, 2012 no later than January, 2013.

In 2013 the RBE Group will continue implementation of the planned investment programs in the directions of the activity – food services (restaurant business, a corporate power supply, a catering), a cleaning, others professional services in segments of B2B and B2C. So, for example, the investment volume into development of the restaurant direction is provided in the amount of 1.5 billion rubles. During 2013 the restaurant project of the RBE group numbering at the moment 18 objects will be replenished with 30 new institutions of public catering. It will directly and indirectly create more than 1500 new jobs in different regions of the country.
