As it became known to CNews, since January 30, 2015, the adviser to the head of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications, usability expert Dmitry Satin, who was responsible for the development of interfaces of state information systems, left the ministry. The official representative of the Ministry of Communications and Dmitry Satin himself confirmed the information, but declined to comment further.

According to CNews's own information , Satin moves to the National Center for Informatization (NCI), where he will take the position of deputy general director and will be responsible for the development of a single portal of public services (EPGU), its mobile applications and payment services.

Dmitry Satin has worked as an adviser to the Minister of Communications Nikolai Nikiforov since January 2013. With his direct participation, a beta version of the new portal of public services and a new website of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications were launched, methodological recommendations were prepared to optimize public services and the concept of mechanisms for providing public services in electronic form.

Before joining the ministry, Satin led the usability lab he created, UsabilityLab.
