Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh) (Corporate information system of GLOBUS FDOC)

The Globus-Telecom (subsidiary company JSC Rostelecom) completed the project on creation of the electronic register in Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh). It will allow to simplify significantly interdepartmental interaction with other public authorities and also provision of services of the agency in electronic form. Works are performed within the public contract for the amount over 1 million rubles.

The operator created uniform interdepartmental information space for the state customer, automated functions on maintaining the federal register and provided electronic information exchange of Rosmolodezh with other public authorities.

The project is implemented using the implementation of the complex IT solution developed by specialists of the company and consisting of three technology systems: "Electronic filing", "Service integration bus", "Analysis systems and reportings".

"Electronic filing" allowed to integrate information resources of the customer regarding work with the federal electronic register, to minimize the volume of manual transactions and to provide multilevel accounting of information, for example, of data on the requests coming to Rosmolodezh, the purposes, activities, the numerical structure, age of participants of public youth associations.

The "Service integration bus" created by specialists Globus-Telecom based on the free software provides information exchange of electronic filing with the information systems existing in Rosmolodezh.

"The analysis system and reportings" serves as the electronic instrument of reporting about the youth and children's public organizations enjoying the state support. It allows to provide quickly information for users in the following cuts: details and authorized purposes of youth associations, information about founders, existence of divisions of the organizations in the subjects of the Russian Federation.
