Biography

Born July 1, 1954, the village. Kapustin Yar, Astrakhan region.

In 1974 he graduated from the Vilnius Higher Command School of Air Defense Radio Electronics.

In 1985 he graduated from the Red Banner Academy of Air Defense named after Zhukov G.K. (since 2004 - Military Academy of Aerospace Defense named after Marshal of the Soviet Union G.K. Zhukov)

In 2009 he graduated from Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation.

1974: Service in the Armed Forces

In 1974-2005 - Service in the Armed Forces (air defense radio engineering troops) in various positions from the commander of the command platoon to the head of the radio engineering forces of the Air Force and Air Defense Association.

2005: Deputy Head of Aerodrome Rostov-on-Don

In 2005-2006 - Deputy Head, Chief Engineer of the Radio Equipment and Communications Operation Service at the Rostov-on-Don airfield.

2006: Head of the Southern MTU Rosaeronavigation

In 2006-2010 - Head of the Southern Interregional Territorial Administration of the Federal Aeronautical Service (after the dissolution in 2009, the functions were transferred to Rostransnadzor and Rosaviation).

2010: Head of the MTU of the Federal Air Transport Agency in the Southern and North Caucasus Federal Districts

In 2010-2012 - Head of the Interregional Directorate of the Federal Air Transport Agency for the organization of air traffic and aerospace search and rescue in the Southern and North Caucasus Federal Districts.

2012: Head of the Southern MTU VT Rosaviatsia

In 2012-2019 - Head of the Southern Interregional Territorial Administration of Air Transport of the Federal Air Transport Agency.

2019: "Air Navigation of the South"

Since 2019 - Advisor to the Director of the branch "Aeronautical Navigation of the South" FSUE "State Corporation for ORVD."
