"Ferronordik Mashiny" raise above a bar of level of an information security system of the company

LETA carried out the assessment of a status of information security of Ferronordik Mashiny LLC, the company contractor reported on January 15, 2013. Within the project recommendations for increase in level of security of the organization are developed.

Objectives

Project objectives were receiving objective and independent assessment of the current situation in the field of information security support of Ferronordik Mashiny LLC; conformity assessment of the current system of providing Information Security to requirements of the existing regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation; determination of required measures for increase in the cybersecurity level; a regulation of requirements for providing Information Security in internal documents of the company; increase in awareness of employees in questions cybersecurity.

Project

During the project specialists of LETA conducted expert examination of a current status of information security of Ferronordik Mashiny LLC; analyzed and estimated the current risks of information security at the companies; developed internal documents on a regulation of processing and protection of a confidential information and also providing and information security managements in Ferronordik Mashiny LLC. At the final stage experts prepared educational and methodical materials and held events for increase in awareness of staff of the company in questions of information security. The created audiovisual materials promoted the organization at the customer of cyclic process of increase in competence of employees, including remotely, about use of opportunities of a corporate portal.
