Bohr dairy plant (1C: Integrated Automation 8)

BIT company "1C: Accounting and Trade" completed the works on complex automation of Bohr Dairy Plant LLC. As a result on the enterprise, so not having an information system, costs for the reporting decreased and the effective instrument of financial control appeared.

Bohr Dairy Plant LLC is engaged in production and wholesale of whole-milk products. Today in assortment of the plant - 37 product names which thanks to its high quality goes to 70 kindergartens, to child care improving facilities, plants of a school power supply, sanatoria of Tyumen and the Tyumen district. After upgrade of the enterprise work on increase in production volumes and product assortment is actively conducted.

As management of the organization and preparation of the reporting were made without use of IT technologies, the load of personnel with labor-consuming manual transactions was high. Calculation of the sales plan and production was not automated. An opportunity to receive the complete management reporting on all company was absent.

Specialists of the company "1C: Bukhuyet and Trade" set to BIT at the enterprise the application solution "1C: Integrated Automation 8", made initial setup and filling of information base: loading of qualifiers, setup of account policy, setup of accounts of the nomenclature, entering of information on users. Training of staff of Bohr Dairy Plant LLC in the principles of work with the program was provided.

As a result of automation managerial accounting of a full stroke on all company is implemented. The functionality of order management allows to place optimum orders of buyers and to reflect them in plans of divisions according to the strategy of execution of orders admitted to the companies and schemes of work (work from a warehouse, under the order). Automatic check of selling prices in 1C: Integrated Automation 8 excludes cases of unprofitable sales.
