Krastekhcentre (1C: Accounting)

The regulated and management accounting in the state enterprise "Krasnoyarsk Technical Center" (Krastekhcentre) with participation of the company "1C is automated : The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) as integrator and the technological solutions "1C: Accounting 8" and "BIT. Finance", the press service of the company reported on January 18, 2013.

At the Beginning

Before for accounting the enterprise the IC which is not meeting the essential requirements of the organization was used. A new system which would allow to cope with the existing difficulties was required for the enterprise and to increase quality of conducting the regulated and management accounting.

The guide of the customer stopped the choice on the solution "1C: Accounting 8" and an industry product "BIT. Finance" which standard functionality satisfied to all requirements of the enterprise. The partner in implementation - the company "1C: The first BIT".

Project

Specialists of the contractor provided user training, made installation and setup of programs, finished report forms for superior organization. In total 20 jobs are automated.

Final

Solution "BIT. Finance" helped to build a uniform format of management accounting and the reporting, to create the NSI uniform base, to implement multiscenario planning of budgets in necessary analytical cuts and also the procedure of the sliding planning with regular budget update and expansion of planning horizons.
