The enterprise is created 2003 by reorganization of GP KK "Krasnoyarsk Legal Center".

As a part of the organization:

1. Department of lease and operation of buildings, constructions.

One of the directions of types of activity of department is work on engineering certification of the fixed assets shown to write-off in a type of moral or physical deterioration with observance of all regulations and requirements imposed to this type of activity, being guided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. Bureau of Cadastral Engineers (BCE).

Basic functions of department is activity in the following directions: technical inventory of a real estate; certification of a real estate; issue of the technical information; preparation of boundary affairs; approval of borders of land use; setting on the state cadastral registration.

3. Department of the property relations.

Core activities of department is document creation on the property right to the real estate which is in PHV at the enterprise, document creation, the organization and holding auctions for sale of personal and real estate and not only.
