Magic of fire (1C: Integrated Automation 8)

Specialists "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT) automated accounting, tax, personnel and operational accounting in 6 shops of Fire Magic retail network (IP Prokopenko A. Century) by means of the 1C: Integrated Automation 8 program.

The Fire Magic network integrates five shops in Nizhny Novgorod and one - in Dzerzhinsk. The network specializes in trade in fireworks and offers the wide range of the pyrotechnic goods corresponding to the class "household pyrotechnics": petards, crackers, the Roman and Bengalese candles, the flying fireworks and also rockets and single salutes.

For this purpose, to provide centralization of management of retail chain stores and to have an opportunity of obtaining operational data on sales, to manage effectively pricing and movement of goods flows, in the company the decision on need of automation was made. The 1C: Integrated Automation 8 system integrating opportunities at once of several configurations is recognized an optimal solution: "1C: Accounting 8", "1C: Trade Management 8" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8". In the project progress 11 jobs are automated.

Project Results

As a result of implementation the unified working environment which covered management of the main business processes was created. Obtaining necessary data, the company management can make management decisions on the basis of operational and exact information and estimate business performance.
